We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

We were extremely happy with the place. The hostess and her husband are very nice and accommodating. Our dog was treated warmly, which pleased us the most!

The house was nicely decorated and clean, very child-friendly and also dog-friendly. You could get to everything easily on foot or within a few minutes by car. The contact with Michael was friendly and you could always reach him. We would come back any time

We felt very comfortable. Thanks to the great communication with Maren, she even made arrangements to make my disabled mother's stay easier. The proximity to the Wallinghausen forest is great - a place of well-being!

The place is great, very lovingly decorated - with all the comforts it needs, and even more. We were very warmly welcomed in the apartment as well as by Stefan himself in the evening on our arrival. If we are in the area again, we will definitely check in here again. We'd love to come back, we really liked it!

Beautiful old house, which is lovingly furnished. It is much bigger than what you can see in the pictures. Especially for children, very lovingly furnished with many play options both indoors and outdoors. We felt right at home. It is nicely quiet and rural location. By car or bike you can easily get to different spots. Communication with the hostess was friendly and smooth.

Beautiful house with everything you need. We felt very comfortable Holiday village still under construction, therefore sometimes construction noise and a very bumpy road. The construction noise was not disruptive. We particularly like the large bathroom with the infrared sauna. The fenced garden for the dog was just perfect. The house is very tastefully decorated. We will be happy to come back.

You really have to rate this place as very positive. Just finished 3 weeks ago, everything was great. The location is fantastic because right by the beach and town. We really didn't see our car for 1 week. We will be back for sure.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

A great swimming pool, a great collection of games, high chair, etc. - a small playground. We felt very comfortable and friendly with the child:)

Markus' apartment is centrally and quietly located with perfect, very loving and elegant furnishings. We were in Worpswede for our wedding and Markus gave us a little gift, organized the much-needed iron for us and even took a few photos of us, as only the two of us went to the registry office on our wedding day. A really great host, we will be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment in top condition, very good amenities and quiet location. Nice contact and great accessibility. Highlights were the large garden, the sauna/pool and the clean, spacious living area. Glad to come back!

Very nice and accommodating hosts. Check-in was straightforward as they live right next door. All questions & extra requests were also taken care of. The vacation home and all associated facilities such as pool, pool table, table soccer, table tennis, grill & large garden were in good condition and very clean. As seen in the photos, there are suitable places to sit and relax in any weather. The value for money is always worth it. Thank you and clear recommendation from us!

We felt completely comfortable with Josefa. Above all, our dog was thrilled and clearly welcome. The fenced area is great for letting the dog run and there were even two bowls waiting for him in the apartment. The communication was also great and we will be happy to come back!

It was a great place in a prime location. The rooms were well maintained and cosy, the short distance to Sahlenburg beach is ideal. Also, the options with the bread ordering and using the sauna, we found (although not used) great. Our stay was therefore wonderful. The house was very nice, there was everything you needed. The location is quiet in the residential area, beach and shopping within walking distance. Communication with Christoph was straightforward, always friendly, purposeful and fast. We would come back any time if the journey for us from the south were not so eternally long.

We have booked the tiny house for the second time with Mia and Marko. Again, everything was totally uncomplicated, the communication in advance & in case of questions quickly and super friendly and the two made the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend the place!

Super nice place, cozy, no unnecessary stuff, large bathroom, internet, TV ... We were only there for a short time, for a longer stay we would choose this place again.
