The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.

The new wooden house on our farm offers the opportunity for a relaxed stay. A double bed as a loft bed and a sofa bed are available for the night. In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, The veranda leads to the bathroom. In summer, shared use of the directly adjacent pool is possible; a large fireplace invites you to the campfire. Breakfast and/ or other meals can also be booked on request.

If you are traveling with a baby, everything important can be provided.

Vacation home in Handeloh-Höckel, Lüneburg Heath

The vacation home is a former carport built in a half-timbered style and is located on a 3000 square meter property together with the landlord's house in a quietly located forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from Bundesstraße 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.

Stroll through the Neugrabener market and spend the evening reviewing the day in nature while barbecuing and planning another on the Elbe.
