Jeff and Jane are wonderful hosts — very welcoming and kind. They greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of their beautiful property, including their private jetty, which were great additions to our stay. The place was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and well-kept. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway, with plenty to do nearby like short hikes, bike rides, and easy access to nearby lakes about a 30-minute drive away. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Great house in a very quiet area. Easy walk to town for supplies and cafes. Picturesque area with plenty of outdoor options within a short walk or drive. Clean and practical inside - comfy beds and lovely shower with an awesome spa pool out the back to relax in. Mick and Meg are great hosts - very friendly with great local information.

Sandy Feet Retreat is perfectly located with a short walk less than 10 minutes to the surf beach, Jimmy’s Beach via Council shortcut pathways and the shops in Hawks Nest. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The shower has excellent water pressure and offers the choice of a rainhead or handheld shower. The beds were firm and very comfy. We loved staying here for a week of Easter sun, surf, outstanding golf and long walks with the dog.

Brooke and Laura are wonderful hosts—thoughtful, warm and well organised. It's always a pleasure to stay in this lovely little cottage.
