Welcomed by a lovely warm kitchen fire with a homemade meal to fill our stomachs. Izak and Susanna are very loving, warm and considerate. The house is beautiful, with each of the rooms offering a unique taste on a homely feeling.. Highly recommended :)

Charming Retreat! Ilse & Albie's house is a haven for those seeking peace and tranquility. The moment I stepped inside, I felt at home. The interior is cozy, inviting and so beautiful, with plush furnishings and soothing color schemes. The natural light and garden views are stunning. The perfect getaway for couples, solo travelers, or families.I loved the attention to detail, from the plush throw blankets to the crackling fireplace, ensuite in the first room is absolutely stunning. Ilse & Albie are wonderful hosts, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Karoo heart for anyone seeking a calming escape. You won't be disappointed!

The house was in immaculate condition. Everything was super neat, tidy and in working condition. Antonia was very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. To top it off we were surrounded by nature in a very peaceful environment. From beginning to end it was a absolutely FANTASTIC experience, I would recommend this stay to anyone - especially if you're in need of a digital detox without feeling completely cut off from the word.
