The forest with lots of hiking trails 100 meters away (check out Drammen's Geographical Centre, also called "Konnerudkula". I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy. Since it is my home I rent out, there will be a few items I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.
