Cosy on Croydon - Walk to hospitals and Kings Park

Due to a shared entry to the front yard, this property is not suitable for travellers that need to quarantine or self isolate. Lovely leafy street in Nedlands. Very quite location unlike blocks of units, listen to the birds, not the neighbors. Walking distance to restaurants, Kings Park, UWA, Perth Childrens, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals. Netflix supplied for guest use. Cafe and Deli just 100 meters up the street. Close to bus stops or trains for access to Perth or Fremantle.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.
