We spent three wonderful days with our little dog at Fernando's house, which is very warm, well-equipped and conveniently located. The host was very nice and always attentive. The peace, tranquility and energy of the place make you want to come back.

The location is excellent, meters from the beach, pedestrian, restaurants,etc. We went by car but we don't need to use it during the stay... we left it on the street but there are parking lots less than a block away for reasonable prices. The apartment is also very nice, clean, bright and comfortable, with the fully equipped kitchen. The hostess was very helpful and helpful. We felt very good, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful house 20 meters from the beach... with incredible sunrise and sunset views from the house itself... The photos are as they are... I went with my daughters and we took Rufina🐶, it's a really safe place. We were welcomed by Carola, a charming person, attentive, generous and hospitable. I would definitely come back.

The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!
