Vacation rentals with a patio in Necochea

We were very well received. The place is very clean and very comfortable. Jesus provided us with tourist information and gave us good recommendations that were very helpful. The price is very affordable and they accept pets, which adds a lot of points.

Mariano and Melina from the beginning of the stay were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The apartment had a spectacular location and with spacious and comfortable environments. I would come back without hesitation

The house is very nice, as shown in the photos. The place is super quiet, it was just what we were looking for to get out of the city and be able to take our dog with us. Mariano is very friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I recommend it 100%, we will definitely be back!

The house having different spaces and two bathrooms was very comfortable for us. In terms of it, the details stood out, the beauty in the combination of the old and modern, the cleanliness and the services that were very useful for our stay. We also enjoyed a beautiful hot night in the patio making a barbecue on its grill (the grill is gas). It is approximately 10/15 min from the Sea, it is practically in the center, close to the municipality and there are many shops in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Manuel and Maria del Mar are very helpful at all times. We would choose it again. Thank you!

The house has everything you need to spend a quiet vacation near the beach, easy access to the Karamawi parador walking, the neighborhood is wooded and quiet, allowing you to enjoy the shade on the patio. The house has everything to be able to cook, 2 bathrooms for more comfort if they are several staying. Graciela was super responsive and friendly, the place has auto-checkin for more flexibility and comfort. Recommended :)

Really good communication with the host. I helped with the choice of places to eat, treated me to mate and did everything for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is right to the sea, a good shore, beautiful waves. You can watch fur seals from the window. I want to come back again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Excellent!! First-class accommodation. I highly recommend it. The building is new and very nice. The apartment is super comfortable, as nice as in the photos, quiet, and the pool is beautiful. The location is great, across from the park and two blocks from downtown and the beach. Francisco is a very good host!! We'll be back!
