It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Bougainvillea

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

House of Angels / "Garden cottage"

This is a unique small cottage, part of the "House of Angels" , witch is used as house of the gardener. The original building was built in 1930s and the renovation was made recently by the architect and owner of the house. All has been rebuilt out of wood and stone following the traditional style.The house has one tiny room, one bathroom, a hallway with the corner of the kitchen,a veranda in front of the room and a beautiful garden.

Self-contained luxury by the sea

One double bedroom with sea views from the bed. Please note I don't rent this out separetly if the whole villa has been booked. If you're coming for a wedding, this building will already have been booked. There might be another option: the cottage. Please ask! An extra mattress can be provided for a child. En-suite toilet and shower. This room is part of the building in which there is a large living room and dining room.

Styra Mare. A wonderful newly built apartment with unlimited views of South Evia and the complex's pool. It is located in Dilissos, a settlement of Nea Styra, and is just 150 meters from the sandy beach. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an open plan kitchen-living room with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
It is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances and various household items.

Getting off the ship, you can immediately start your summer vacation and the baths – one of the main advantages of this very popular resort.
