Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nea Smyrni

The apartment is situated in a residential suburb of southern Athens and good access with the Metro into the City. Easy to find, parking good in both the little street or nearby. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. The flat is lovely and ideal for 3 or 4 people. Well equipped and homely without being cluttered. Lovely bedlinen. Kitchen is practical and we used it for small meals - but local bars and restaurants with normal prices makes too much a Temptation!

Christos was a great host in every way, beautiful apartment, great central location. Bakery and grocery store near by.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Great location, can't beat it. It was the best spot - walking distance to everything. I will surly be back here again and recommend to others. One thing, it can be loud at night. However, the great location makes up for this. It is a unique property and we loved it.

Absolutely perfect hosting 🥰 I booked for my husband’s birthday with some of his friends. The 1915 team did everything possible to make it a beautiful experience for him, including balloons and flowers. Every guest agreed the place was gorgeous! Thank you so much 🫶🏽

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic long-term stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Neo Faliro. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

What a beautiful day in a great house!

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

We, a family of 6, had a great time at Eirini's property -- between the pool, the private elevator, the yard and the patio every one of us found an area they particularly enjoy. The house itself had everything we needed and matched the description perfectly. Eirini was very helpful and responsive.
