Villa vacation rentals in Nea Makri

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

What a beautiful day in a great house!

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a serene and peaceful space that exceeded all expectations. Salwa is a wonderful host, ensuring everything was just right and making the experience feel effortless. The location is ideal—close to town, where you'll find plenty of amazing restaurants and picturesque streets to explore. The town itself is stunning, full of charm and beauty at every turn. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Ersi and Johnny’s home! It is perfectly located in order to enjoy the beach (the tunnel is great) and the amenities in the town. We were super appreciative of the beach towels, chairs, and toys as well! Throughout our stay both Ersi and Johnny were super responsive to any questions we had, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing week!

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Unforgettable experience This was our second time at Ma Maison. What a spectacular place. A unique villa right in the heart of Athens yet secluded and quiet. The heated indoor pool is magnificent (a true pool with great size and depth), and all the spaces are enormous and unique. The amenities cover every need, and the most important feature is that it is sparkling clean. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

This house is great. The description and pictures don't do it justice. It's 6 bedrooms over 2 units. 3 in a fully kitted out basement apartment and 3 upstairs in the main house. Our host sorted out transfers and a local sailing trip that was amazing. We loved every minute in this house.

We had a wonderful experience! Katerina was professional, proactive and positive from the beginning... 6 month before we came! She made sure we had all we needed before and during our stay. She was there to greet us, show us everything and recommend ideas for us. She was a part of making my childhood dream of coming to Greece better than I imagined!! I would 10/10 recommended this location right over the gorgeous sea and also it is worth buying a car so you have flexibility around the area and getting to Athens and other cities!

Both the hospitality as well as the entire experience staying at this location was incredible I have an online business, and therefore the Internet, as well as cleanliness is extremely important given that most time will be spent inside working as well as exploring the surrounding areas. Both hosts and cohosts were extremely hospitable, always caring about how to make the experience better and driven to make sure that we have everything that we needed to have a great stay

We had a wonderfull stay in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable. You can see the sea from the balcony and it is just a few minutes walking distance. It is a beautyful area. The landlords were easy to reach and are very responsive.

We had a phenomenal stay at Anna's place. The location was unbelievably close to everything! Anna was also very helpful with transportation to/from the airport as well as local recommendations. She was also very communicative about the bed situation, which was important with our large group. I'd highly recommend staying here if you have a chance!

The most amazing views we have ever seen!

Overall, it was a great experience though the thing that stood out the most for me was the communication with the host, his hospitality and the immediate responses. We needed a few tools to construct a basketball rim and he gave us what we needed, during the night we had some issues with the electricity and he called us to make sure that everything was ok. Not many hosts share the same care for their guests

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.
