my second time that I stayed at Fernanda place and always very happy to be there the place is super cozy and clean and super localized in Guarulhos center and very easy to get in Sao paulo I very recommend u guys stay in there !

Simone is an amazing person, caring, even concerned about our personal matters, always showing willingness to help. The space is the same as the photos. I quite liked the location, close to markets, restaurants and shopping. We'll be back for sure. super recommend him. 💓

The stay was great! The flat was very clean, organized and quite complete, it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy and Rubens was kind enough to be flexible with the time of entry.

The space value is very cozy, close to the metro and shopping mall, I was walking to the quarter market and the stations. The bus passes in front of the building also if you need. the space of the to cook and study that was my case. including my last day was in class and Renan was super gentle in letting me stay at the house until my class is over. Always answers questions quickly and is very proactive to help. It hurt the heart to get out of there the condominium is very beautiful and cozy. I'll definitely be back when I'm sp again!!!

We spent a very tasty and quiet carnival at the home of Neuria. Clean and organized space, very tasty hydro, and very close to the city. We were still greeted with cookies and a lot of sympathy. Thanks Neuria for providing amazing moments for us. I hope to go back more often and get to know the other houses.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The corresponding house exactly in the photos, all tasteful items, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We were in 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a high point of the accommodation. A delight, we stay every day in the pool. We didn't leave any days from the house, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another high point of the trip is the owner Livia, who always answered us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend with my eyes closed!

Maiara was super communicative and answered all my questions and inquiries in timely fashion. She also gave flexible check-in (I needed to check in at 11am to rest ahead of a midnight flight) and she got it all arranged for me. One good point is that the check in process was very easy. The doormen are super nice and helpful ! I like that there’s a small mini-market in the building to get some quick convenience items if you don’t want to step out.

the place is excellent, the location is very good, Sao Paolo is huge, so you will always be close to some points of interest and away from others, in front 200 METERS you have a carrefour, which facilitates shopping, and 150 meters away a large shopping
