Ideal place for a solo traveller exploring the city. Located in the very centre near to various landmarks, hangout places and the metro. The apartment is modest but sufficiently equipped. Despite its location, there is no noise from city as window is oriented in courtyard.

Delighted with our stay at Andréa's. The explanations about the accommodation are detailed and clear. The apartment matches the photos, clean, functional, comfortable bedding and especially close to the metro and bus line. We were able to do everything on foot, it was great. (Visit to Madrid but also 3 other cities Toledo, Segovia, and Aranjuez which are quickly accessible by train) Andréa was responsive to our requests, always available quickly to respond to us and give us advice. This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

We had a great experience staying here. Fernando was friendly and made check in so easy even when our train schedule changed. He also provided us with a list of local recommendations, every one that we tried was wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great, central location for exploring the city. Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

The apartment is excellent, the location is great, just a few steps away from all the attractions in the center of Madrid, a neighborhood with a lot of activity but you can't hear a single noise in the accommodation. Easy to get to, easy to enter, it has an elevator, the two bathrooms are very comfortable. It was everything we were looking for. The host welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions. Highly recommended!

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

Ammar was very flexible and always available to answer any questions. The place was clean and as described, we had no issues during our stay. There was a blackout in the city during which we couldn’t reach him so he slipped in a note to ensure we are okay. He even helped with a list of recommendations for Madrid. Would definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was spectacular, it was like being at home, it had everything you need for a stay, everything was just as advertised. Andrea and Alberto are super friendly. We would definitely go back to the place.

A place as described. Raquel perfectly indicates how to get there and is pending whatever you may need. In the center, but far from the hustle and bustle. Perfect The only thing to note is that in the garage square two medium/small cars come in. Raquel warns about this as well. Without a doubt, I would repeat if I go back to Toledo

We had a great week at Raquel's apartment in Madrid. The apartment is charming, and has everything you need. The location is great and within walking distance to most sights. It is quiet and tranquil surroundings even though there are all types of restaurants, bars and shops in the community.

I had a great stay in Madrid! The location was perfect—very walkable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major sights. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the sauna, which was such a relaxing treat after long days exploring the city. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!
