Great location, very well-equipped home, very quiet place and the beach dispenses comments, wonderful, Edson was always very kind and proactive, surely we will return!

Everything was very positive, our arrival, our stay at the house... Everything was as described, comfortable and pleasant house, spacious. The beach is very close and it was very sunny and hot. The only annoying thing is having to leave and getting some traffic on the way out.

Large house with pleasant backyard. Barbecue is right next to the beach access gate, as well as a support wash. There are 4 rooms with air conditioning and air in the dining room. Two refrigerators in the kitchen. 6-bit stove, microwave, sandwich maker... Inner room with tv and external balcony with super nice sofas. Exclusive access to Fortaleza beach that does not require comment. Águas Calmas, trail with fish at the end of the beach. The beach has amenities, such as a restaurant(serves only lunch) right next to the house (very good food and drinks), motorboat rides, stalls and street vendors, but it is not a crowded beach. Large terrain, we went in 3 cars that were parked inside the property without space problems. It has homemade, which is very helpful. A private paradise a Ubatuba! It is worth knowing, especially with children. The proximity of the sand makes it too easy.

Great place to hang out with family. Condominium on the sand. Very nice house, beach too and anfritria a lot requests. I have two babies and a dog that I love too.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The place is lovely. The house is super comfortable. You can walk to the beach if you don't have anyone with mobility issues. Mariangela is super polite and hospitable. She helped us whenever we needed it.
