We had a great family holiday spending time in the pool, at the nearby beaches, walking to the great cafe around the corner, and enjoying the space in the house. Very comfortable, lots of books and games for older kids especially. Clean and tidy, practical house setup, most things you would need were provided. Thank you for a lovely time, we would happily have spent longer there if we could!

The Black Ace Residence was the perfect place for our family to base ourselves for a family wedding. We looked for somewhere that could accommodate us and our adult children. What I loved most was the abundance of bedrooms. There were 7 of us, 2 sets of couples and 3 singles. Everyone had their own room with a spare room left over. Everything about Black Ace was funky and beautifully curated. We mused at the inspiration for the design and we came up with a cross between "Yellowstone" and Byron Bay. I loved the "no-expense" spared linen sheets sets. I think they come from "I Love Linen" as I have some myself. Just sublime to sleep in. A fantastic well stocked kitchen, funky bowls and plates, timber boards for grazers. Glassware for miles. Cast iron cookware. Woolies was a 5 minute walk away, making it easy to stock up. All in all a wonderful 2 days :)

We absolutely loved our stay in the guest house. Such beautiful surroundings with a well maintained pool and house interior. The host always responded to messages straight away if any issues occurred. Would highly recommend the stay at the beautiful guest house. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again 😊

Great house and location. Perfect for Our return visit to Sydney after living here for years. House is very well equipped and chic. Neighbour quiet at night and fun in day. Only mild issue was lack of blinds in one of the bedrooms, so if you are a light sensitive sleeper bring an eye mask. Otherwise fantastic place and would Book Again.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. I'd highly recommend this for travelling families or tour groups seeking a comfortable, spacious and very homely accommodation. Pool was a hit with my team of youth rugby players !

What an amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, all the effort made to make us feel welcomed and comfortable was obvious. Lots of towels, access to pantry and fridge, candles lit and fresh flowers. The styling was so beautiful in every room, even the bathrooms! Was great location for privacy and close to relatives. Communication with Judy was great and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful house throughout has everything you need, location is perfect you can walk to restaurant's, public transport and just down the road is a beautiful view of the Sydney harbour bridge and the city a perfect spot to take a picnic. The street is very quite which makes the location very relaxing. One thing to be mindful of the internal stair case is steep and narrow not the best for elderly or little children. This house was gorgeous! Such a great location, 2 amazing dining areas both with fireplaces, was very easy to settle in but very hard to leave. The welcome note, gift voucher and bottle of wine was the perfect touch on a extremely memorable weekend, Very highly recommended, it is on a noisy road though so I recommend choosing a room at the back of the house if your not an early bird

The best Airbnb experience we have ever had. After staying in a hotel in the city it was brilliant to have all this space to relax in. The pool table and games kept us entertained when we were there. A few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The place was spotless also. Highly highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay and very easy to find. Hosts are very attentive and always responsive. Nice quiet area of the city with great parks close by. We were staying at this home for an event and this was the perfect place for our group of friends. There were a couple of glitches but the hosts are very proactive, always wanting to offer whatever assistance they can.

Excellent host with personal touches and very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to do a lot of walking and the place was within walking distance of nearest beaches.

I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like a local in Bondi. It’s surround by the best coffee shops, market & restaurants. The place is very inviting with a kitchen that leads into a lovely backyard. Most of our dinners were spent outside. I loved this place & will stay again.

Great place to get around in the West of Sydney. The host was very welcoming and our family enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this property to anybody travelling to Sydney.

It is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and a very good size. The hosts are very nice. Only one thing you have to be aware the rooms haven't got air conditioners since I was there in the summer the rooms are a little bit warm but not too bad.

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home, very well appointed. Everything was very clean, modern and well maintained and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Quiet and peaceful location but still super close to amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A great host and since they live on site we were able to chat with them with any questions. We were in town for a wedding and the grounds were beautiful for some pictures and the host even went out of their way to make sure the landscaping was pristine. Would stay here again and highly recommend their home.

We absolutely loved this place! It is decorated very nicely with a beach vibe. It’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, cafe’s, etc. we traveled from overseas and appreciated the beach towels and other amenities, the booklet with restaurant recommendations and so forth. Amelia is an excellent host, very responsive, and her house has everything you need! Thank you!!

We felt right at home with our dog Misa and we're provided with all things needed for our stay. P.K. was a lovely host who was welcoming and provided recommendations to the local area - we can tell his family are dog lovers after giving our dog a cute new year's gift that she loved (especially the sparkly squeaky bone!) The house itself provided everything we needed - kitchen and nice bathroom and tv with Foxtel. We had our car and had access to beautiful national parks up north and the city was about a 25 minute drive. Thank you P.K. and family!

We stayed at Michael’s house for 4 nights, family of 3 , (Audlts) and it was just perfect for our needs . It was very clean and comfortable, short walk to the beach at Manly, which has some beautiful cafes and restaurants. Really loved the house and the area , would definitely book again.

John was a great host he met us at the house even though we were late due to a delayed flight, he showed us around the house and gave useful advice on bus train routes etc. We enjoyed the stay and found public transport very accessible as there are several bus stops very close to the house and a supermarket in walking distance. The pool was great for the hotter days and we enjoyed the Foxtel. We would stay again if we are back in Sydney
