The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and go straight up the trail to the Exhold Cabin and Skåkåsen.

There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car at the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy views of the mountains.

Cozy log house with living room, kitchen, shower and two bedrooms. Sleeps 6. Heating with power and firewood. Bed linen is included. The house is located in a small tuna, which is both child-friendly and pet-friendly. Private patio with barbecue and garden furniture. If you do not need as many sleeping places, you can rent one of the other cabins in the yard, Jonsbu or Andersbua, at a more affordable price. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful with the forest close by. Glomma flows quietly past.

I worked remotely for a month and Stefan's home was perfect for this. Good desk (sitting and standing), good monitor, lots of space, nice bathroom, sauna and fast internet. 5 minutes away from the ski pistes. I really enjoyee my stay here! Stefan is responsive and a good host.

We had a peaceful 4-night stay, just what my husband and I looked for. The cottage fits the environment yet it has all needed comforts from a well-equipped kitchen to a quick-drying modern bathroom. The small outdoor hot water pool with views, heated with wood, is super cozy! Our recommendations for visiting nearby places: - Jutulhogget: a nice hike and amazing canyon views (!) + Nekfallet waterfall, impressive in April after snow has melted. - Røros UNESCO world heritage mining village, a great deal of local history and traditions, its about 2.5h away by car but it’s worth it. Thank you, Erling, for taking care of us :)

This felt like home away from home! The cabin is perfect, roomy, cozy and just perfect! You want to get back to a retreat after an active day and this is it! Away from the chaos you tend to find in ski in-ski out resorts, you really just feel like home! Mario is fantastic… the place was so great we literally forgot to check out and stayed an extra night! Thank God it was possible… thanks again Mario🙏🏽🙏🏽😇
