It was just what our little family needed an uninterrupted getaway to a wonderful home/location. It's even better then the photos. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back. Host answered us right away with any questions we had. Thank you for having us😊

The team and I enjoyed the stay while in Hastings for work. The pool was well recieved after a hard day and we were lucky enough to be their while all the citris and plum trees were overloading with fruits. The neigh-bours were a great addition (multiple horses, sheeps and a donkey). Made for a peaceful enjoyable stay, the recliner couches and massage beds were also a nice surprise. John and Wendy are lovely hosts who I enjoyed chatting with when we saw them feeding the animals. Would like to go back with the wife and kids one day.

We had a wonderful stay with extended family at The Lodge in Taradale. Everything was a described and more spacious than the pictures. Kitchen was large and generously stocked with pantry staples, perfect for cooking and BBQing at home. The outdoor fire was welcomed as we had some unseasonably cool weather! This didn’t stop the kids getting in the pool daily, they loved the pool toys/sinkees. Great location with garden access to walking paths. Great lawn space which lent itself to some backyard cricket and garden games. Comfy beds and spacious, clean bathrooms. We all agreed this will be our no.1 pick to stay again next time we’re up in the Bay. Thanks David for a wonderful stay.

The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is a large and well appointed house in the suburbs of Havelock North. Richard and Lucy have renovated the property to a very high standard and it is extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need with a good coffee machine and lots of pots and pans. We were particularly impressed with the spice drawer! The bedrooms are large and all have air con which came in useful on hotter nights. We enjoyed using the heated pool, which is fully gated, which was great to keep our toddler safe. The garden is also lovely and secluded. The outside deck gets a lot of sun in the day but when it dips behind the trees there is an outdoor fireplace and plenty of wood so you can still sit out. We enjoyed barbecuing into the evenings. Lucy and Richard live on site in a nearby building but we felt totally private and undisturbed. We would highly recommend this property for families visiting the Hawkes Bay.

A awesome spot that suits for family who need a bit of private and luxury stays. We've been really enjoy our stay in the lodge with the surrounding and views. The outdoor fireplace over the deck is our most love with few drinks even it was the summer evening :)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in David’s home. We were impressed with the cleanliness and that everything was there that we needed. Plenty of room and the pool and spa were such a bonus! Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

We had a great stay. Perfect property for our group of 7. We were in Napier for a Wedding at Church Road winery and this was a perfect location. Nice central location for everything else too. Excellent communication from Amy. Well definitely again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location and immaculate and comfortable home. All the lovely thoughtful touches were so appreciated. We stayed home on our first night as it was so lovely and cooked a bbq and sat on the balcony to watch the sunset. It was just perfect.

Great place. We only had a short overnight stay on the way through but the pink house was awesome. Well set up, clean and tidy. Rach and Nic were great to deal with. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area

Such a well situated little home in Havelock North. Great access to the shops and restaurants, with supermarkets close, too. Beautifully furnished too. Highly recommend!

Mishelle was an excellent host. Very communicative before and throughout the stay. Home is spotless and is very close to town giving access to everything the area has to offer. Check-in and out were so simple and everything exactly as described. As previous guests have noted, the beautiful house is on one of the busier streets and the bedrooms are on the street side of the house. If you are a light sleeper, it may not be ideal for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here as the value is outstanding. Thank you Mishelle for a wonderful stay!

Helen's place us set off the beaten track but close enought to drive 13mins to town. You have a very clean and tidy unit that has the basics, the fridge was a bit noisey so we turned it off at night, to be fair we are both very light sleepers. There was a rsnge of drinks tea/coffee. I think breakfast was an option but Alan and myself were away to early to take advantage of the offer. We would both loved to have spent time just taki g in the environment, it was perfect for a quiet get away. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Jean

Can say with absolute confidence that my family and I will be return customers! Lea & Chelsea have a fabulous set up with Magnolia Cottage - I truly believe that the photos do not give it enough justice. Such a spacious, homely, old-timely vibe with a hint of modern comforts. You truly couldn't ask for more, with the (pantry) essentials covered, a fully operational laundry, washing machine + dryer, one of the best accommodation with amazing shower pressure. Aside from being on a main road, the backyard setup is magnificent - perfect for soaking in the sun with all the outdoor furniture. Lea was an extremely responsive host and was able to accommodate the requests for my mother and I's stay. For the price point given on this Airbnb, I can guarantee that it is very well worthwhile. Thank you again for this beautiful stay in the Hawke's Bay.

Our stay at Endsleigh Cottage was wonderful; it had everything we needed and was situated on gorgeous grounds with a genuine old world charm.

Beautiful home, we stayed as a family to attend a wedding, perfect location, Annette was flexible as our wedding was in a Friday afternoon and we appreciated a very early entry time...great space, beautiful decor and more than you would expect in an Airbnb, fantastic kitchen
