Beautiful stay. It’s a Time Share type place so you have to bring any and all spices and basics like sugar and salt.

Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnathan's Airbnb! The location is perfect – it's clean, fresh, and updated. Getting into town is a breeze with the Wave bus stop conveniently located right near the home. Plus, it's an easy walk to 45 Surfside for a delicious breakfast and coffee. The hosts were incredibly friendly and communicated with us very well throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place and location!

Great place to stay! Nice decorations, nice location, and very clean when we first walked through the doors. The one negative (minor) was that we couldn't find a blow dryer anywhere, but not a huge deal at all. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this location to anyone visiting Cape Cod!

We needed to stay close by for a funeral and Jenny & Ania’s spot was just what we needed. We had a very easy check-in, the place was spotless, and was very cozy for our needs. There was a perfectly convenient shopping area with restaurants less than .2 miles away which was great as we got in late. Our only regret is not having time to try the pool! Thanks so much Jenny and Ania.

Jenny and Ania's place was lovely, in a beautiful location. Just steps from the ocean. Very easy check in and check out, friendly hosts, and the place had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time, and would stay at this place again.

Nice host great stay comfortable place Just had some loud upstairs neighbors at 5am then after 8pm Also you could hear the upstairs folks walking and talking .. not Much installation between the spaces But it was comfortable and close to inkwell

Brian is a truly excellent host and his places are consistently great. I will always book with him if his properties are available!

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnBs and have one…and this place had more thoughtful touches than anywhere I’ve seen! From complimentary snacks / beverages, bathroom basics, tourism info, and my favorite - mini packs of tictacs next to the bed - it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making the guest’s experience great. We only stayed one night for a wedding but it was perfect - super clean, good lighting / mirrors for getting ready, easy to find / access, and not far from town via Uber. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay! Nice value, size and layout for our family of 5 (3 young kids). 2nd floor unit, accessible via stairs. Area is quiet and secluded, but very close to everything you would want to do in and around Falmouth (drive times: ~8 mins to downtown area, 7-15 mins to nice beaches, 7-10 mins to parking/shuttle for Martha’s Vineyard ferries, ~20 mins to Woods Hole). Kitchen is well appointed—we cooked half of our week’s meals. Community pool was well maintained, has deep end down to ~8ft and shallow at 3ft, and has ample tables/umbrellas/loungers. Very friendly neighbors and very responsive/gracious hosts. Would stay again!

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Great unit! Had everything we needed for a weekend stay, close to Vineyard Haven and the ferry. Unit was clean and Matthew was very easy to communicate with! Would stay again!
