Vacation rentals with a patio in Namyangju-si

First of all, it was so nice that they responded so quickly and kindly guided me.. Above all, I never imagined that I could rent a loft house in Seoul and stay, but it was an accommodation where romance seemed to come true. Thanks to you, I had a really good rest. 😉

Great place to stay, close to subway and plenty of restaurants around the area. Olace was clean and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend to other visiting Seoul.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. My host was responsive and was available to help me with any questions and doubts.

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

The host is very friendly, responsive, and clear messages. The place is very convenient, next to the Hongdae shopping district. The house is large and comfortable, although it doesn't have very luxurious decoration, but it feels very homely. The most important thing is that there is an elevator!

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

The host was good, quick to respond, the first night we encountered a broken dryer and the host immediately changed one for us on the second day, worth recommending.

Loved the stay, location was perfect to explore Seoul.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter who took a one year position in Seoul. The apartment was just as advertised. Great little neighborhood and we walked to the bus stops and subway station to get anywhere we wanted in Seoul. Everything we needed for our stay in Seoul.

By far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was great. At the same time, I was thankful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to my inquiries. It snowed, so they did a thorough snow removal work. After check-in: The indoor and outdoor yard and natural scenery, it was flawlessly perfect. The interior was full of European-style interiors and wood scents, and it was simple and had everything you need at the same time. There was a lot of snow, so I couldn't use the yard, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as good as if I were in Switzerland or the North Sea. What was especially impressive was that there was a fire pit where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After checking in: Likewise, we had a safe trip home by snow plowing. Also, we left a child's eldest feeling, and I was especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's possible to find this kind of nature and elegant facilities in Korea (from the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. It was nice that the sox was so clean. There were plenty of towels, and even a bottled water service.. And it was especially nice to have a yard. Thank you.

I stayed overnight due to a nearby hospital surgery, and I was not feeling well, so I made an inquiry while suffering from both the heat and the cold, and I was so grateful that you suggested a solution and provided a fan even though it was a cold day!

Accommodation is cheap, can recommend family to stay together and it's comfortable.

The accommodation is impeccable very well located (7/8 min walk from Hongdae and the metro) the host responds ultra quickly!

It's my first time booking a place to stay on Airbnb. It was really really really, really nice!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
