Vacation rentals with lake access in Namyangju-si

The accommodation is clean and the owner is friendly. There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and more nearby. There are many rooms and a large living room, so it's good for a large family to rest comfortably.

The view is really, ridiculously good. Thanks to the kind host and the wonderful room, I made good memories.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

The room condition was clean and they responded right away, so I had a good stay. However, the shower was spacious on the lower floor, so it was a little cold because the bathroom didn't heat up. Other than that, it was beautifully decorated, so it was fun to watch the room, and there were two rooms, so it was spacious and comfortable.

We had a relaxing time talking a lot in a quiet place with our family in front of our wedding. As in the reviews, all the condiments are provided, so it was nice not to buy additional items at the grocery store. The owner was also very friendly, and I used the cypress jjimjilbang in the accommodation well. Thanks to you, I had a good time ~

The stairs were a little scary and it smelled of fertilizer, but it felt like I was in a country house, and I had a really good time in private. The weather was good, the atmosphere was good, and I had a good time in many ways!

Feels like a home, because it is a home! If you’re staying a short while, or a long while, this is your place. We plan on travelling to Seoul many more times and we’ve decided to stay here whenever possible. The host Junmi was impeccable, whatever we needed she was there to help. We embarrassingly clogged the toilet and could not unclog it, Junmi had a plumber there ASAP to sort it out.

This place is way better than my expectation. It’s clean and new. All equipments are recent technology. It is sooooooooooo close to the train station (both line 9 (where you can go to Gangnam) and AREX which go to Airport and Hongdae. There are so many restaurants around or even right at the first floor of this building (A lots enough to say that there are too many to choose 🫣). Plus, around 4 convenient stores around the corners + 1 right at the first floor of the building. The host is super active and helpful, whatever you ask, you will get the answer so soon. Additional, the host is so caring: checking whether I arrive at the accommodation safely, asking how was my staying and taking more towels to me. When I went to many Airbnbs, I had a thought of going back to stay again. This place is a must returning to stay that I have written on the top of my lists. I wish this place is available every time I go to Korea. I would give 1000000 out of 10 to this hidden super Airbnb 🥰.

I had a good rest! It was nice because it was convenient and the interior was beautiful.

The floors are all carpeted, so it's great for dogs! It's nice that the puppy is not slippery, and there are convenience stores, Starbucks, and parks in a very close distance. It looks like a lot of buildings, but it was convenient because Elbe didn't have people and it was fast.

This place exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was simple and convenient, and the host was very kind and thoughtful. The space was much cleaner and more spacious than what I saw in the photos, and the decor was warm and cozy, so it felt like home. What I especially liked was that the bedding was really neat and fluffy, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils and basic seasonings, so it was also great for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean, so there were no inconveniences to use, and I was impressed that you paid attention to hand wash and shower supplies. The location of the place was also great. The last stop of the bus was right in front, so it was easy to get around. I would definitely book again the next time I visit the area. Thank you so much!

The actual place was much cleaner and better than the pictures!! There are a lot of stories about the view in other reviews, but the view is really, really nice. It was pretty day and night. And when I look at the accommodation personally, I tend to pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, but it was very clean! I felt that the host was keeping it clean. He also reflected the things I asked for before ☺️ check-in, and the instructions were detailed ~ I responded very quickly, so I stayed without any inconvenience! Occasionally, bedding and especially towels may smell bad if you don't take good care of them, but not only the bedding, but also the towels smelled very good, so I was really satisfied! Thanks to you, I had a nice stay while I was there. I'll stop by again next time. Thank you.❣️

Thanks to the friendly owner, I had a great time with my children and was able to relax ~ It was better to see and touch the flowers and herbs in the garden, and I was able to use it comfortably even in a neat interior ~ I think it would be good to go with children or with friends ^ ^ If you're lucky, it was the best place to watch the fireworks at Legoland comfortably!!

The view from the wide front yard is great. In particular, the snowy winter mountain scenery is superb. The surroundings are quiet and comfortable. Even though it was cold, I was able to have a warm day thanks to the host's attention. A hanok with a front yard is a charming place.

I had a very good rest ~!!! It was a cold winter for 6 people, but it was so nice to make memories:) If you're planning on using it, leave it one by one in the shower ~! It's a tank type, so the boiler needs time to heat the water.

I was looking for a place to stay with a Finnish sauna. I happened to see it. There's entertainment, a massage chair, and it's a new world. I made a reservation right away ~ ~ ~ ~! They said you brought a new Finnish sauna this time!!!! I'm really upset because there's no rumor. If you're looking for a sauna, please go.🤭 The condition of the accommodation was so clean in the world:) There are extra towels, and a spa is possible. Take a sauna in the accommodation Use the spa once! Take a massage chair I didn't know I had time to play games with a retro game console. In the accommodation, there is usually only a barbecue and sleeping. We had fun here all day! My husband loved it so much that I promised to go again!
