Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. Large, private fenced back yard with patio and grill. This is a duplex on a corner lot. Entry to the other side of the duplex is around the corner on a different street. There in only one common wall which is located in the second bedroom. Both units have their own do yard and driveway. No facilities/amenities are shared.
