The apartment is wonderful with a lovely pool and a gym. Our small kids also had a part with shallow water in the pool, which was great. It is a great place to have a relaxed stay, away from the busy temples and in a real Thai area with nice coffee places and outdoor food stalls. You feel like you live here :) and you are at the supermarket in 5 minutes (car) and downtown in 15.

Wow. If you are in need of a quiet nature rest Ga’s treehouse is your place. Very beautiful location. Quality buildings and structures . Comfortable beds. Included breakfast is out of this world. Access to a kayak. Lounging areas. Grab car to train or sites count on 100-150 baht. But best of all was Ga’s beautiful and quiet personality that welcomes you like family. Spend 2 nights minimum, 3 would be ideal.

The landlord and her husband are extremely nice. We chatted very smoothly with an App and she even taught me some frequently used expressions in Thai. The whole place was nicely designed and well furnished. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. You can access the majority of tourist sites, which are within walking distance. Also, there are all the necessary amenities nearby, like 7-11. The wonderful couple always went out of the way to offer their help to guests. Probably I will stay here again next time when I come to spend my vacation time with my wife.

If you’re staying in Ayutthaya there is no better place to stay than here! Great location and quite central to temples. Easy to get to from the train station. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The room was perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The host is friendly, proactive and helpful. We felt very at home during our stay here. After traveling for so long I love coming across bnbs as great as this one. If we ever return to Ayutthaya I will definitely stay again. Thank you for having us

Beautiful property with a nice view of the river. They are really accommodating, breakfast was great. They rented us a bike so it was really easy to get around Ayuttaya. Totally recommended and if you can, stay more than one night :)

We stayed at Stevens place and absolutely loved it. The rooms were splendid and the beds clean and comfy. But the best part wasnt the great accomodation it was the warm and welcoming attitude of the host and his staff. They have been extremely helpful beyond normal expectations and made sure we had a perfect stay. So thanks again to Steve and his Team. Would 100% stay again.

Check-in was very smooth, and we received the key card, door code, and Wi-Fi details at reception. The security staff at the gates were attentive, friendly, and available 24/7. The entire complex was clean and well-maintained, and my wife and I felt very comfortable. The shared pool area was also nice for children. There was ample free parking, and the location was perfect: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, hairdressers, a water park, a large shopping mall, and a market were nearby – yet it was quiet and peaceful. There was also a laundry facility right next to the complex, which was very convenient for washing and drying our clothes. The room was extremely clean and tastefully furnished; I enjoyed it so much that I extended our stay by one night. The only minor issue was the kitchen sink, as the drain was a bit noisy from the beginning and occasionally had a slight odor, but this was not significant. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
