Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was selected as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and was built in 1931 in this town, where lacquerware shops are still lined up. Limited to one group per day without meals, you can use the entire house. I think the charm of Hirasawa is the unforgettable beauty and abundance. It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho in northern Nagano Prefecture, blessed with forests, lakes and snow. The Mochizuki district of Saku City is known as a horse-producing area since ancient times, and is a region with a deep relationship between people and horses. As a symbol of that, we renovated the staff dormitory of the Baba-no-Sato, located in Kasuga Onsen. Since Mochizuki means full moon, we scattered curves in various places and finished it with wood and plaster. From the window, you can see horses walking and dancing in the paddock. Kasuga Onsen is a small hot spring resort with a history of over 300 years, nestled in a lush natural setting. There are hot spring inns and quiet parks within walking distance, and a short walk away you'll find Mochizuki's unique shops. Enjoy the hot springs while thinking about the lives and scenery of your ancestors who lived with horses and feeling the passage of time. since 2021

We have renovated it to be able to accommodate guests, while keeping the rural Kabuki stage as intact as possible. We hope you enjoy the hot springs, delicious food, and pleasant mountains in the town around Lake Suwa, which you can see from the window.
