Vacation rentals with a patio in Naiyang Beach

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

Everything was great! We were very pleased. The location on the beach is great and the surroundings are quiet, but offers enough gastronomy and shopping to spend a few days. Also great are the free kayak and the stand toy that belongs to the house. We unconditionally recommend the place!

Really a wonderful stay, certainly by Thai standards! A sparkling clean apartment with separate living/kitchen area and separate bedroom with bathroom. Spacious balcony that adjoins this unit right next to the swimming pool, which is ideal thanks to the garden gate. Swimming pool itself also clean, well maintained and with jacuzzi area in the front. The location of the apartment is top 5 minutes walk from Surin beach (which is nicer than Bang Tao beach according to us!). Large supermarket around the corner too. And soooo happy to have a washing machine in the room to refresh all our holiday clothes!

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

Thank you for the most amazing holiday! We stayed at this house for two weeks and honestly, it’s completely underrated, even better than the photos. The staff were incredible: so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful with our children. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the views across the bay were to die for. We spent our days by the pool, and almost every evening we’d wander down to the beach to eat and watch the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s even a great outdoor space if you need to get a bit of work done. They were always on hand with helpful recommendations, and the driver they arranged for us was safe, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish, we can’t wait to come back!

The hosts was extremely helpful, superb apartment, very clean and tidy, nice outside pool, but not many sun loungers, the decking by the pool, needed repairs…. Security on the front gate, I would definitely recommend this place, a big shopping mall across the road, but not much in the vicinity, but cabs are very reasonable, or get a taxi bike which is very cheap.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.
