Vacation rentals in Naïa

After a good stay, liked the personalized welcome note and especially the instructions on the clear refrigerator with a lot of humor I was MDR 🤣 during the reading. I recommend the place you feel at home🏠.

Our stay at Florian's appartment in Noumea was the perfect Christmas holiday. The appartment is perfectly suited to a family like ours, and contains all the amenities you'd need, especially if you have a 3-year old toddler. The place is perfectly located facing the bay/Moselle port, and from the balcony you can witness beautiful sunsests! The listing also has a free Parking included which was very convenient for us as we had car. The Marché is a 3-minute walk, and supermarkets , beaches (Lemon bay, Anse Vata) and most attractions/sites are within a 10 minute ride. On the top that, Florian is a super nice person and host. Since I initially booked the listing, he has been very responsive and helpful, and tried to accomodate our stay at his best. Also, he generously offered to meet us at the airport, drove in front us and accompanied us until we arrived at the appartment. I can't be grateful enough for such a gesture, especially after a 9-hour flight landing close to midnight

This is my second time staying at this listing and I always find it great. Well located, on a quiet street where it's usually easy to park. The accommodation itself is very quiet too, secure, super bright, with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts are communicative and very kind. Everything is true to photos and description. At the moment, this is my favorite place when I need to stay in Noumea.

The access instructions and then the user guide in the apartment are particularly clear. The space is comfortable, functional, in a good location and matches the photos of the site. We had a lovely stay there. Hosts have been responsive in messaging.

Beautiful home, corresponding to the photos of the site. The outside with really nice chairs and tables to relax in a peaceful corner. secure parking, with electric gate. Washer with laundry detergent, laundry ropes sheltered outside, and finally small coffee pods provided by the host.

Perfect location, this studio is clean, very well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the apartment, perfectly adapted to our configuration of 2 couples from the same family. The location was ideal for us, the view very pleasant, the equipment impeccable. Beyond all its qualities already mentioned in the previous evaluations that we confirm, it is a real place to live, very warm and in which we very quickly felt good and not just a rental. In short, we will be sure to ask our hosts again, if we return to Noumea.
