Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. Absolutely loved our stay in the Canal house! Could not have been more ideal for our family. Location was perfect, so relaxing too sit outside the door and watch the boats, kayaks and ducks float by.

We had a lovely stay in Kampen with Iris and Lukas. Everything you invited was present. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed also slept very well. In short, we definitely recommend it for future guests! 😊

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and it felt really special to stay somewhere so beautiful. The view from the window, across the canal made it extra special. Lots to see and do within walking distance, with excellent places to eat or just stop off for coffee and a cake. Our host was really helpful and check in and check out was seamless. Would absolutely recommend.

Loved our one night stay here. Convenient for getting into Hoorn, close to supermarkets, really nice countryside, plus we played Padel which was only a few doors down! Flat was very clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Very nice stay with very friendly hosts! Also the location is great, close to the center of Barneveld but still completely in the tranquility of the outdoor area. The surroundings are also beautiful, a beautiful area for cycling on the Veluwe.

What a wonderful place in the middle of downtown Kampen! The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and gave nice tips on fun spots in town. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and the IJssel. Highly recommended – we would come back again!

The B&B is extremely comfortable and spacious. In the living room, it is wonderful to relax on the spacious sofa after a nice day out in the area. The bathroom is luxurious and cozy, the bed sleeps wonderfully and is nice and generous and furthermore there is a super luxurious open kitchen and fantastic views. If you are ready for a weekend getaway, don't wait any longer and book this B&B at Tineke. We'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable as always and enjoyed the days on the houseboat very much!

I just spent a few days in the apartment. Very well located in downtown Amersfoort. The space was very clean and consistent with photos. Clean linen also, and top equipment (microwave, toaster, etc.). Very nice touches on my arrival. Easy access, flexible check-in, thank you Ronald for this stay I'll be back.

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

Mariette's home was a perfect getaway for the two of us and our dog. The house is thoughtfully prepared with everything guests might need - the kitchen had all the essentials. It was a real pleasure to enjoy views of different wooded areas from every window. The location is fantastic: the beach is just a 5-minute walk from the house. Muiderberg is about 1 hour by public transport or 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam Centraal. It's the perfect balance of peace, nature, and city access! Thanks to Mariette's hospitality and the calm atmosphere of the house, we had a truly memorable holiday. We're already looking forward to visiting again!

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

Wonderful place on the outskirts of town, everything walkable and a super friendly host! Large space with lots of cozy corners in a beautiful building! It is enjoying with a big G! Highly recommended! What is wonderful; if you are with several people; you can easily divide the space into 2 spaces by harmonica doors, not soundproof but private!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

What a beautiful B&B! Quiet and cozy and from the terrace and hot tub a beautiful view over the meadow. We enjoyed it! Jitske and her husband were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also 5 ***** worth! See you next time!

Nice place! Pleasant and fun environment and very nice relaxed accommodation. Contact with Brenda was also very nice and smooth. Would definitely come back here again.

What a great place to stay for a few days in this region! Ina's place was very comfortable and had plenty of room along with your own private waterfront seating area. The kitchen was stocked full of goodies for your stay and the bathroom shower (and spa bath) was very luxurious. Ina was a great host and provided the GPS coordinates to reach her property, as it is not shown accurately on the driving maps. Definitely worth a four or five night stay.

A beautiful location, it matched the expectations exactly. In addition, Bram was a very pleasant host! Highly recommended.

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again
