It was a short stay and check-in at night, but they responded quickly and nicely with small questions. The price was GW for one family, and it was by no means cheap, but it was large enough to accommodate up to three families. There was also a convenience store and supermarket, museums, bakeries, cafes, parks, etc. within walking distance, making it a very convenient place. Thank you again if you have a chance.

Thank you for the other day! The lodge had everything we needed and there was no inconvenience at all. They also changed towels for consecutive nights. The atmosphere of the lodge was very good, and I wanted to live in a house like this. What was great was the view from the windows of each room. The view of fresh green trees from every window was healed. There were sunflower seeds in the feeding facility, but the children were happy to see the birds that came to eat. I just want to thank you for doing the bonfire as much as you like... The host is quick to respond by sending a message, and the response is very calm and reassuring. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

Staying at Matt and Maya’s beautiful home was an absolute treat! The property exceeded expectations and was a wonderful tonic after six days in Tokyo. We caught the Shinkansen to Ueda and hired a car from the station, driving was super easy and having the freedom to explore the region was brilliant. Matt gave us great ideas for day trips, we saw castles,cherry blossoms and waterfalls, played in the snow and ate great food. As a host he was always responsive and helpful and we really did feel ‘at home’. We stayed four nights but wish we had stayed longer, I highly recommend a stay at Matt and Maya’s home if you want to get out and explore the Nagano region.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs in Japan. Moku, the superhost, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home in the property. The space is tastefully decorated, well designed, and very practical layout. 4 rooms with 3 toilets!. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The private onsen was absolutely breathtaking — it felt like an incredibly luxurious experience, even surpassing many ryokans in town. We were completely blown away!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I was able to use it with the same feeling of cooking at home.There was also a dishwasher and a washer and dryer, which was very helpful for the children. The entire room was also very spacious, and I had a fun and relaxing time with my friends and family. They put cushions on the corners and doors that the child may bump into, so small children can rest easy. Communication with Aon was also very smooth, and we handled the sudden change in the number of people comfortably. I was looking forward to my stay for a long time, but it was more comfortable than I expected, so I would definitely use it again.

This was a wonderful place! It was pristine and had every amenity you could need. It was also centrally located by car-- very close to Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort. The host was very responsive and kind to our questions, even though there was a sign that answered one of our questions😅. Our dogs loved the open space, too. Our only regret is not staying there longer!

Nataria’s place is beautiful and clean. The lodge looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The airbnb is located in a very quiet and beautiful forest. Tourist attractions are easily reachable as well which made this the perfect place to stay. Nataria was very welcoming and flexible. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.Even though the facility was spacious, we had a warm stay. The kitchen was also spacious and well stocked, so I was able to cook without any inconvenience. the accommodation was very comfortable for two people. on-site parking and a large private onsen was amazing. kitchen had all appliances you need. the place was immaculately clean and welcoming. the location is right beside the main road of akakura and is walking distance to restaurants and ski hire. our host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. she gave us discount coupons for ski lift tickets and cleared the driveway after big snowfalls before we even woke up. beds can be separated to make two singles and the bed linen was soft and clean. thanks for having us. we would highly recommend this place to anyone :)

We rented the Forest Villa for a family vacation, and it was perfect for everyone from the kids to the grandparents. The house was lovely, and had a well set up kitchen, karaoke set up, washer and dryer, and best of all a huge bath where you could soak and look out at the trees. Peaceful and fun!

The open-plan living area features a cozy seating arrangement with light-colored cushions and a modern fireplace, adjacent to a private outdoor space. A barrel sauna is visible outside, constructed from dark wood, offering a rustic charm.

House was beautiful and clean. Amenities were in best conditions. Hot tub was very soothing and relaxing. All appliances including kitchen and projector were great. Walkable from Yubatake, and very near to Sainokawara park. There is a slope to climb for 200 meters right before reaching the house, in case helpful for pre planning your arrival. Highly recommend the place, its beautiful.

It is located just off the street, so it is private because only people who live in the area pass by and there are no cars.
