Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Landscape, is a Heritage listed Homestead on a delightful farm setting. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and an enormous living space. The pool area and wonderfully kept gardens enjoy magnificent views of the Goulburn river and the Great Dividing Range. Stables can be negotiated to be used as we are horse friendly.

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.

There are six fully self-contained cottages, nestled in the gardens, each with a balcony and lots of windows so you can enjoy the fantastic views. All cottages have been designed with comfort in mind, with two sofas, polished floors, thick rugs, cushions, wood fires, doonas, private balconies and air conditioning.
