Karen's place is like a home away from home. It is small yet neat and tidy. She is very detailed and uses good quality of linens, towels ( fresh and clean ). Her kitchen also offers a 5-liter water, tea, coffee and juice. My husband and I were very happy during our stay and to top it all, Karen sent us her masseuse for a complimentary massage on our last night! She is a very nice, wonderful host. ^-^

Crave Cacao farmhouse is the perfect place if you want some some peace and quiet. Loved the adjacent dragon fruit farm and cacao orchard leading to the farmhouse! The space is exactly as described. Dino is a great host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Michelle and the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the complimentary chocolates! Don't forget to stop by the shop to buy good quality Crave Cacao products!

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My experience at this listing was truly outstanding! The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the moment I booked until I left, the host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information about the property and local area. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The cozy and well-furnished space made me feel right at home. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the host was just a message away, always ready to help with a smile. The thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Always plus points when a host is very accomodating. I highly recommend this listing and look forward to rebooking!

Great place and very accommodating host. The place is easy to locate using Waze or Google maps. Parking is a bit challenging since we used a family van. Our driver managed to fit the van in the parking space. The host also recommend alternative parking spot which is great option. The place is clean and comes with complete amenities. I totally recommend this place.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

we had a great stay. it felt like home. the host are very friendly and maasikaso. yung place is walkable sa mga food establishment ang also to UNEP. the room are very cozy and makakarest ka talaga kasi apaka comportable ng bed even the aviance of the room it gives like your on your own space. thank you very much ❤️ we love to stay there again ❤️

The host is very responsive in messages. The location is cozy and spacious. It's easy to find since it's just along the road. All amenities are good. However, there's no water during early morning, but the host makes sure to have water in stock just in case. Note that if 3 persons will be staying, the bed is good for 2 persons only, the 3rd person can use the couch instead. In the future, host can consider adding a pull out mattress for the 3rd person. My stay at this semi-furnished condo was very satisfying. The unit had all the basic furniture I needed, like a bed, sofa, and dining set, making it easy to settle in. We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

The place is clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the house. There is wifi, smart TV and a working kitchen. 3 bathrooms which is great for 4. The location is just hard to find. But once you're there, it's fine. It's quite expensive, though, but it's alright as long as my family was safe during the Typhoon Pepito.
