Beautiful flat with a stunning garden and kitchen. Felt instantly at home here. Comfortable sleeping, with games in the cupboard for our little one. Good shower and easy to use kitchen. Quiet at night for sleeping. Area felt safe, short walk to tram station, lidl, and westfallen park. Barbara was a lovely host, very welcoming and showed us around the house when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. It was a home away from home 🏡

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! Laureen's home is carefully thought out, modern but homely with everything we needed for our holiday. The patio and garden were lovely to sit out in the sunshine and our children loved the swing. We all enjoyed our stay thank you!

Apartment located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There were three of us and we felt comfortable the two nights in the apartment. Communication with the landlords was very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back

Perfect accommodation for us, sufficient double or single rooms. Great amenities in the kitchen and the possibility to take drinks and coffee directly at fair prices was perfect for our weekend getaway. Optimal location for our trips to the Mining Museum and the Starlight Express. And finally, I would like to mention the good communication. If I look for something in the Bochum again, I will look for this place again:)
