The house was extremely clean and organized, Rubia and Deyvid attended to us promptly and guided us in the best way. The condominium is wonderful for those who like nature, as we are from the interior of SP, we also look for a place for fishing and nature, and this place offered us everything. There are many macaws in the region that made the experience even more beautiful.

The stay at Eduardo's house was very good. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city's main points. The house is very cozy, matches the photos and served us well (we were 5 people). We just missed some kitchen items, like the microwave, but the host told us she's already arranging it. Eduardo was very helpful and available, answering all our questions. The cost benefit is great, I recommend!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. A very well thought-out space for a peaceful stay. It's right next to the mall where there's a market, so you have everything next door. Great place for a business trip as was my case. The neighborhood is quiet and I had no discomfort. It's worth it. The host always responded quickly to messages and was very polite. I'll be back for sure.

The house is even better than in the pictures, it is in the back but the privacy is huge, the place has exceeded expectations and the host is very requested always quickly ! It was very worth going with my Family and if returning to Andradina for sure the priority would be this home thank you to the hosts we hope we didn't have a lot of kkk work

The house is huge, in person it is much better than in the photos. The cleaning is impeccable, the location is very centralized and the double suite has a new air conditioning. I believe that it holds about 10 people by the size of the space.

The house was just like the one described, perfect, clean, smelling. It fully met expectations. Easy location. It actually exceeded expectations, sure when I return to Três Lagoas I will stay there again.

I loved the house!!! Very clean, tidy and comfortable. All well-equipped, makes you feel at home. Communication with Andréia prior to hosting was also excellent. She is very friendly, polite and caring. Super recommend!!!

Apt befitting the photos, with the entire structure for stay. EXCELLENT condominium, a few meters from the beach, and a minute drive from Beto Carrero Park. I recommend it to everyone.
