We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we spoke to the co-host Maria really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, there was nothing missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season so there are not many open activities we had cars and it was not a problem. It also moves very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Truly to be recommended thanks to Maria's warm welcome

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated,very clean and spacious. A little far from the city center:20 min walk. No air conditioning in case of hot weather.

Beautiful, quiet location near the beach. We rented a car and this made sure we could escape the hustle and bustle of the city in this quiet beautiful apartment.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

Amazing place to stay.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Even better than the photos, it was spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. Our kids loved the piano and played every day, while we enjoyed the stunning terrace with uninterrupted views of Mallorca's green landscapes and mountains. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to a charming square with mature trees and a relaxing vibe. Santa Margalida itself is a delightful, clean, and authentic town with few tourists (in March). Supermarkets offered fresh, affordable produce, and local restaurants served delicious food with friendly service. Families will also appreciate the nearby playground. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, communicative, and thoughtful. He even provided groceries for our late arrival, which was a lifesaver. He also allowed a late checkout, making our departure much easier. This was the best accommodation we've ever stayed in!

My stay was just perfect! The place was beautiful and very cozy – exactly as described. The surroundings were quiet and great for unwinding. I would particularly like to highlight the host Michelle: She was exceptionally warm, attentive and available at all times. Even before I arrived, she gave helpful tips, and during my stay she made sure that nothing was missing. You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back any time!

We had a wonderful time in Alcudia and enjoyed the first holiday with our little daughter very much! The apartment is perfect for couples, but also with a (small)child/baby. Akim was super accessible, kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you are by the sea. We really enjoyed staying at the nice neighborhood and would come back anytime!

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

There were three of us in the apartment for a week in early November and we felt very comfortable. The terrace is great, the kitchen really well equipped. There is also a BBQ that we could use. Antonia was super nice and very easy to reach. There was a lot of low season in town, but that was perfect for us. We'd love to come back!

We found the place quiet and very welcoming by its owner, Astrid, to take care of his guests. A charming, interesting person and always in a good mood. We highly recommend this place. Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Again, a huge thank you for this great holiday with a lovely welcome surprise. The apartment is very nice and clean, there was nothing missing, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Inken was always quickly available and very eager to respond to our inquiries. Many shopping opportunities are within walking distance, as are the beaches. Parking was absolutely possible at the property. We felt very comfortable and are looking forward to coming back now.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

We were able to check in here at very short notice, the hosts responded very spontaneously and quickly to our request! The apartment is very nicely divided and nicely and cozy. The kitchen is really very well equipped (several coffee machines, juicers, various pans, etc.). Basic amenities (spices, tea, etc.) were also there, as well as cleaning products. The complex is well maintained and the balcony is protected and large. There are guidebooks (in German) and children's toys available! Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool yet due to the weather 😉

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirjam's place. Such a lovely flat, very spacious with a balcony. The building had a nice terrace on the rooftop with amazing view of the sea. I would recommend. Mirjam was the most helpful with recommendations or any other queries I had. I would definitely stay again.
