We had a pleasant stay in this white, clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated apartment. Good bed, practical kitchen, good bathroom. We were a few minutes walk to the city center, shopping and beaches.

Tania’s place was perfect for our trip. The views were amazing and it had a well stocked kitchen that made our trip a breeze. Would recommend!

Everything was perfect: cleanliness, tidiness, utensils... I have to say that Ernesto was very attentive, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Enjoyed staying in this really so complete home. Tip-top living room with great kitchen, really everything present, upstairs bedroom with lovely double bed, plenty of closets, separate shower toilet space and small balcony, bedroom downstairs (two separate beds) and a separate, completely new (renovated 2 months ago) beautiful shower/toilet space. Front garden with seating and dining table; behind the kitchen a covered space with freezer / washing machine and dryer and everything else you could need. Safe location because an enclosed property with swimming pool, playground for children and parking spaces. Within walking distance (3 minutes) small supermarket and a little further on some fine restaurants. Alicante and surroundings are quickly accessible by car. Professional (excellent communication during our ride from airport to front door) caring guidance by Hakan from start to finish of our stay. Location and host are on 1 in our top 10 airB&B's in the Alicante area!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Lovely house, pool was great! Area very nice, close to all local amenities. A short walk away from Aldi, a short drive from lots of bars and restaurants, and the beach. House had everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

Great space and location. Has parking. Big plus.
