Monthly Rentals in Muntinlupa City

Lovely apartment, clean and as described. Well furnished and matched the pictures. Really close to both Festival Mall and Albang Town Centre. Would definately stay again on the next trip.

Overall, I like the place. It was actually aesthetic. The photos she chose to post here aren't nice but the photos I took while staying there were great. I don't know where the restaurants are located. Maybe because it was too late when I came out. There's free water to drink so it's great. There's also free shampoo and conditioner. The host is responsive. I like the lightings. There's also a fridge and may laman sya. Baka binibenta n host. I'm not sure 😅

Wasn't expecting it to be the 30th floor but I have absolutely no complaints, the view is stunning! Everything about the room was great, to the point where I asked the host how much a studio unit would be in Burbank Tower since it was that good for me. I think the only thing my partner had an issue with was the bed, it was too firm for him, though I was okay with it personally. We also had some hiccups with the shower drain (it wasn't draining properly and flooding the shower) but Mary Ann was very responsive and helped us out. I love how Westgate was super walkable from the condo! And super near to ATC and Festival Mall. All in all, still a 10/10, would recommend this listing to anyone staying in Alabang. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's place! The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole arrival process smooth. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just as advertised. It was also very spacious and had a lovely, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.
