Delia was so friendly and helpful. Her home was the perfect place four our little girls weekend away. Lovely fireplace and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need in it. She even left ingredients for a full breakfast for us which we were all delighted about.

Catherine's Cottage @ Ross Castle Galway

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Staying with our family at Catherine’s cottage was an ideal location while visiting Galway. We were close to the city but yet far enough away to enjoy peace and solitude. The cottage resides on a sprawling estate with beautiful gardens and is part of historical ruins that have been restored. It’s a fascinating place and had our family of six intrigued by its beauty and history. The cottage has all amenities close by and the host Marshall was sweet and helpful with any questions about the area we had and in assisting us when we arrived. We are so glad we stayed here for such a unique and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Kinvara Garden Cottage

DannyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Frank's place is just outside Kinvara, which has several good restaurants, several pubs, and a nice Spar. There are lots of interesting historical sites to visit in easy driving distance, plus a nice little beach just around the corner. Watch your head in the bedroom, and be careful pulling out of the driveway. Very comfortable bed.

The Lodge at The Silver Mine

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My Mam and her friend stayed in Ruth’s property and felt like they were on retreat - extremely peaceful & spectacular views. Great base to do sightseeing. Warm and comfortable home, beautifully laid out. They said they’d love to stay again as it was perfect for rest & recuperation, they even recommended that I book for myself in the future too. Both said Ruth is lovely, and very helpful. Thank you so much Ruth x

The house was charming, comfortable, spacious and clean. Virginia, Kielty’s mother, was a wonderful hostess. Very attentive to our needs and sent us away with nice snacks. The house is in a quant town square complete with friendly neighbors, great pubs, and a nice little grocery store. We only wish we had more time to stay there.

Ballymaloe Cottage - Entire Guest Area (3 rooms)

Anne MarieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Our stay at Ballymaloe Cottage was nothing short of wonderful! The space is warm, inviting and impeccably designed. As a family of 5, we were able to sprawl with room to spare and a kitchen with everything we needed. Our hosts Susie and her mother were sweet and thoughtful. There was a crib set up for our son along with toys and a changing station. We also enjoyed playing with Pixie, the resident dog. Just a short drive from Ballycotton Cliff Walk and 35 min from Cork, there was a lot to explore. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend our entire vacation here!

Edel has an amazing guest house! We had the best experience with the house and the town. It was so nice having a friendly face welcoming us! There’s also a very cute private beach that is a 5 minute walk. The house is secluded, and the views were better than the pictures! Overall 10/10

An Tigin Cottage- Oysterhaven, Kinsale

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Judy's cottage was so quaint and cozy and just what we wanted for our first 3 nights in Ireland. Judy is very proactive and ready to help with anything you might need. The bed and linens were super comfortable and we slept well our entire stay. Highly recommend if you want to experience the Irish countryside and town of Kinsale with its many restaurants and bars. One tip would be to try to arrive in daylight hours as the cottage is fairly remote down a narrow driveway, but Judy will be there to assist if you arrive in the dark and pouring rain like we did!

Coach House At Glashnacree House & Gardens

CourtneyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
As usual, Glashnacree was a dream! Beautiful gardens and a peaceful vibe as a whole across the property. The house was just as pictured, spacious and comfortable. The showers were a little small compared to what we’re used to in America but still quite luxurious. The house itself had plenty of space for when we decided to stay in and relax, as well as a few towns were nearby enough for when we wanted to go out to eat or to find something fun to do. As usual, Greg was kind and easy to communicate with. He gave us all the info we could need to find the place and offered recommendations for the nearby towns. Overall another amazing experience with Greg and his property!

Carmel's View to Roaring Water Bay

LuizaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed at Sandra's place for a long weekend with my partner and our dog. From the moment we arrived, we were just amazed by the beautiful view from the house. The bay is simply beautiful and there is only a short walk to the seaside. The house had everything we needed and the big windows allowed you to admire the view anytime. Our dog really enjoyed the place as well, with beautiful walks around. We will definitely be back on a summer day to also enjoy swims. If you stay here, make sure to visit Minihan’s Bar, rightly called the most friendly pub in Ireland!

Whitethorn Lodge, Clonakilty

PeterRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Whitethorn Lodge is a perfect base for a touring holiday and excellent for visiting Clonakilty. You get the lodge to yourselves, with a spacious interior, beautifully designed, fully equipped, warm, very quiet, parking-place for your car outside, next to the owners' house. Hetty couldn't be more caring and helpful, and on arrival we found a welcoming basket of comestible goodies. The lodge is high on a hill outside Clonakilty, five or ten minutes drive into town, where there is free parking in carparks and on streets. It's about twenty minutes walk down a good footpath to town centre. Returning on foot at night, we found the sky so clear it was like heading up into the constellations. Clonakilty is fab, daytime and evening. You can take a bus for a day out in Cork from the stop near the Spar shop, across the road from the distillery. 237 bus (Bus Eirann) 9.25 am arrives Cork 10.44. Return at 6pm from Cork bus station, arr. Clonakilty 7.13 pm. Buy day return tickets from the driver. ☺♥
