What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

Reliable and easy communication with the host. Very nice apartment where you feel comfortable. You can quickly reach the canal, the harbor, the supermarket and nice cafes. In general, the surroundings are also very quiet, but you can hear the nearby church relatively loudly in the morning. So highly recommend overall!

Nice house on the edge of Hermannsweg. Private entrance and very spacious. Spacious garden around it. Fully equipped. Games are there, all imaginable kitchen utensils. Very quiet place, but shops nearby. BBQ still used where charcoal etc was offered. Nice contact before and during the stay. Reinhild does everything to make it enjoyable. A place to return!

A great place to stay, with very friendly and accommodating hosts! Very comfortable arrival by car with own carport space right outside the door, flexible check-in, clean, tidy and tastefully furnished apartment and always nice communication! We were only there for one night, but we will definitely come back for a longer period.

We booked the apartment for a bachelorette party and were very satisfied. Top modern amenities with everything you could ever need. The train station was within walking distance, which was perfect for us to go to Münster. We can definitely recommend the place:)

Edith's apartment was very lovingly furnished. There were plenty of dishes and we didn't miss anything. We even found coffee and an electric coffee grinder for the filter machine. What you should know is that in one of the 4 bedrooms, the 2 beds were slightly smaller than usual (about 1.80 m long). But otherwise everything was great. For a family week (2 families + grandma and grandpa) the apartment was perfect. We felt very comfortable. Edith was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend. I'd love to come back.

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Due to the presence of personal belongings, this home feels like "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make it all good. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Very nice newly renovated country-style apartment in an old homestead with fantastic views over the landscape from the terrace. The sauna with a view of nature makes your stay a wellness holiday. Check-in and checkout were extremely straightforward. Hendrik is a very nice host.

We arrived late and were able to enter the apartment immediately thanks to the key box. We felt very comfortable during the stay, the apartment is very nice and there was everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
