El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

Everything was great, including a clean accommodation, tidy bedding, a kitchen equipped like a home, convenient parking, and excellent views. A water purifier is installed, and there are plenty of cutlery of all kinds, and slippers for indoor and outdoor use. Everything, including the knee blanket, is carefully prepared. The barbecue area, which is right next to the living room and kitchen, is on the sea side, and you can barbecue even on rainy days. All the family members rested well.

It's so close to all the happenings at Hwangridan-gil, but is tucked away so it's very quiet. I had the best experience here - loved the Aesop toiletries, fire pit, breakfasts and more! Totally worth it.
