Vacation rentals with lake access in Municipality of Bovec

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

We loved our stay at this cabin. Although it is a small space, it’s is so thoughtfully laid out that it worked really well for our family of 5. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, including sharp knives which is rare for an Airbnb! And you can also cook outside while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Lovely big balcony with seating. Lots of walking trails nearby, and a great restaurant 5min drive (Dom Pristava). Note, there is no washing machine, just to keep in mind for longer stays.

Great location to explore the Bled area. Very close to Lake Bled, Bled castle and supermarkets. Robin was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Spacious, well equipped and spotless accomodation.

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Loved it! Very warm & friendly to us and our dog. Place was very well kept and instructions were clear. We would love to stay here when we are back in Bled.

Ideal for enjoying the surroundings of Bled. Comfortable accommodation and quality catering nearby. The bakery is a 10 minute walk away. Small peculiarity for Slovenia, add the tourist tax to the overall rental price.

We have stayed in many fantastic Airbnb’s but none of them come close to this apartment! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view of Lake Bled and surrounding mountains and very close proximity to the lake and train station.

Barbara is a great host and was very helpful and responsive! The apartment had everything we needed with incredible views over the lake. Thanks again for a lovely stay :)

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Make sure you make use of the bikes provided by the host, they are great for getting around the area!

Pleasant stay in charming countryside

The apartment is small and nice and offers everything needed for a few days stay. Good location in Kobarid, mot restaurants and supermarket nearby. From here, excursions to Soča can be undertaken. Easy check-in and in the apartment there was good information about the region.

I’m so glad we chose this place for our stay at Bled. While it was very close to the town within easy walking distance it was so much more peaceful. The view of the lake and island from the balcony was spectacular. We walked to Vintgar Gorge - a beautiful 45 min walk to the start of the gorge. The kitchen was very well stocked with thoughtful things. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Definitely recommend.

Apartment is really cool and in a quiet location. It is easy to walk to the lake and also Bled. The provided parking spaces are a cool amenity.

Super apartment very close to all the amenities of Lake Bled but in a quiet area. Spotless. Everything you could need. Understand that it is on a fairly well used road so there is a little noise but nothing that disturbed us. As others have said, there are several flights of stairs but that adds to the character, and 2 of blackout blinds are not very effective. That said, it is super clean, provides everything you need and the hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely accommodation in a nice location with amazing outdoor sitting area looking at the emerald river. Very friendly hosts with good advice on places to see. Private parking. Good location to explore the Soca valley. Nice restaurant nearby, walkable or by car. Host let us use their canoe which was great on this impounded river so very calm waters. A beautiful stay and we want yo return.

Had a great vacation! The contact with Marija was very pleasant and super nice. The house has everything you need, but the most beautiful thing is the beautiful surroundings. Very clear recommendation!

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The wellness (sauna and bubble bath) were a blessing. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to lake Bohinj (although in advance we thought we were even closer to the lake). The host was super friendly and proactively suggested replacing the towels. There was also an offer to supply breakfast. A super house and a great host, we enjoyed a successful holiday.

This home was incredible! It was in the perfect location, clean, extremely comfortable beds, great bathroom/showers and fully stocked kitchen. It was also in a perfect location - grocery store and restaurants just a block away. Barbara was also an amazing host. She had great insight and steered us in the right direction! We made lifetime memories and definitely will be back! Thank you Barbara for everything!

The house is really beautiful: spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing or exploring nature; many interesting attractions are located nearby. Urška was a very kind host, always helpful and attentive. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Apartment was perfect for a family. Location is great for exploring lake Bohinj and surroundings. Marija was very helpful in suggesting suitable trips and activities. Lovely relaxing trip.

Great welcome by Marija. The rental of bikes at the top. Perfect location to explore the area, between the 2 lakes. Only small downside: not so simple access without a car (few buses).

A wonderful chalet in a wonderful location, we would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bled! The apartment has everything that you need for a short and comfortable stay, and the outdoor facilities are amazing for kids - our son loved the trampoline! Communication from the host was great and we were able to check-in slightly earlier which was a bonus. Bojan was also quick to organise a paddle boat for us to rent, which was perfect as the property is less than a five minute walk from the lake. It is also very close to a small supermarket and a lovely restaurant called Carman. We would definitely love to visit again - our only ‘warning’ is that we did not know there was an additional charge for use of a baby cot and you will also need cash for payment of tourist tax, which we did not know. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a fantastic time!
