It has free private WiFi, parking, concierge and 24-hour surveillance. A 2-minute walk to a supermarket and pharmacy. The hiking trails start 300 meters away, and Aqualandia and Mundomar are 2 kilometers away.

Two-bedroom apartment for four people on the Poniente beachfront, with views of the beach and the sea, large terrace with views, all exterior, spacious living room with sea views, private parking, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven), full bathroom, in a residential development with a swimming pool, a very nice garden with sea views and a tennis court. The development has direct access to the promenade and is one of the most beautiful on Poniente Beach.

Being on it is a real luxury.
