Great place for a small work team/family. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to amenities (Nyali Center). Not too far from airport/SGR. He’s very responsive and accommodating. It’s an old house so manage expectations but it’s quite good overall. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the place. it has a lovely garden. It is a little far from any major supermarket. Carry some snacks or food if you get there late in the evening. the person who receive me was super nice and very helpful. the room itself is spacious and very comfortable

The villa is large and beautifully built and decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures. Thomas was extremely accommodating of us - a larger than average group and we had the most wonderful time. Thank you for accommodating some of our more particular requirements. It made the space that much more enjoyable. The chef’s team Duncan, Brighton and Morgan were amazing - every meal was delicious. Grace and the housekeeping team kept the place meticulous. Overall one of my favourite holiday spaces so far!

Come for the views, stay for the food! What a beautiful spot with tons of space to spread out. The house and grounds were gorgeous, located on a pristine beach, yet relatively private. The staff were all super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Pool was refreshing, yet surprisingly deep. Chef Nixon made us amazing seafood dishes all week. Only draw back was the lack of A/C in the bedrooms, which most comparably priced stays offer in the area. Check out the kite surfing, SUP, and kayaking rentals right next store. During low tide, head straight out half a mile to the sandbar and enjoy hunting for starfish!

Being this was my first Air BNB I didn’t know what to expect but Njeri was able to help us alongside the hard working staff making us feel very welcomed and at home. Njeri also made sure to check up on us considering we were not very well prepared on food on arrival treating us like her very own family. Overall this location exceeded our expectations with the pool being the biggest game changer - Pictures do not Justice. One thing I may add is a driver is essential however this property really made our New Years trip to coast worth it by a long shot. Thank you soo much Njeri and wishing you all the best for the future.

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. There are 2 separate houses in one compound. Connected by a private drive that is patroled and manned by security. Full house staff included minus the chef. Jacinda was able to set us up with a chef and staff to help prepare meals for our large group of 16. We rented both homes which worked great for our large family. The beach is pristine and has plenty to do with camel rides and kiteboarding right in front of the house. I would highly recommend this property.

We spent a whole month at Saleem's villa, and it was incredible. The property has a huge pool, and it’s right by the sea. The views are stunning, and the beach is usually so quiet, it feels almost private. One thing that really stood out was how peaceful it was. Just sitting outside, listening to the waves and birds, added to the tranquil vibe of the place. The villa is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. It also has a beautiful garden, maintained by gardeners. Moses, who took care of the villa, ensured it was always clean, which we really appreciated. Saleem was a great host, he was easy to communicate with and even installed mosquito doors for us before we arrived. It was a thoughtful gesture. He also arranged our airport transfers, which was super helpful. Photos and description don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. If you’re looking for a quiet and private getaway, we can’t recommend this spot enough. It felt like our own little piece of paradise.

We had an absolutely peaceful and fun stay at Villa E'mocean! The house is stunning and well laid out. The bedrooms are spacious and the living areas are very open. The salt water pool is perfect for little ones to play in and has a perfect lap lane for those that want to really swim. The best part was the amazing staff that took great care of us from Chef Bony cooking meals just for us to Marita and Euralia keeping everything clean and organized. We are so glad we came and we hope to visit again!

Amazing stay! Gorgeous spot on the ocean with lovely grounds. The pool was large and great for relaxing. There were trees and flowers, all beautiful and nicely taken care of. The staff was more than accommodating and the chef was AMAZING. Loved our stay.

Beautiful home to enjoy an holiday on the coast with family or friends. met all my expectations and very responsive caretaker when we had some special requests for a grill or large pots to cook some stews in. Must be the best home I have stayed in on my Mombasa visits over the past 20 years.

Vipingo Ridge is one of the best places to go for a family vacation. They have one of the best Golf courses in all of East Africa. Apart from playing golf, you can enjoy several other fun activities with the family. They have beach club houses and we enjoyed the beach side from there. The house we got is one of the best I have stayed on AirBnB. A beautiful 3 bedroom house with a swimming pool. The view every morning was breath taking. Our caretaker called Matano was a very polite guy who made our stay very comfortable. Rawhide our host was very great host and had all the information about Vipingo ready for us. I would highly recommend this house to any family looking for value, comfort and fun activities at Vipingo. It was an awesome experience for me and my family and we will definitely be back.

The pictures do not do the Villa justice. Its beautiful inside, well set out with large spacious rooms with tranquil outdoors due to the greenery planted. The host was very responsive and responded promptly to our queries and even came out to meet us on arrival. The villa has cleaning staff onsite and a chef upon request who are so friendly and willing to meet your needs. Which meant our beds were made daily and our meals cooked which was handy to have a meal ready on our arrival day as we were tired from the journey. The swimming pool offers an option to spend time outside especially with kids. The only negative is that my holiday came to an end before i got to try all the other Swahili meals that the chef said she can cook. That means I will have to return soon to enjoy it all again and book longer than the 4 nights I had. If you are considering booking this Villa, go for it. Treat yourself to this slice of hidden gem tucked away in Mtwapa.

this is the second time I have stayed here. this place seriously is the best place I've ever stayed at. if you looking for 5 star hotel. you won't get that here. but. the service. private salt water pool the location seriously right in the beach you can't beat. Hamisi is the absolute best. if you need anything. he is just a call away and will take care of you. this is absolutely the best place I have stayed around the world. the hospitality and location and view are to die for. again thank you to to everyone for always making sure I am taken care of. especially asninwas looking for a house to buy.

Would I recommend someone it's a big yes. Mary's home is a place you stay and feel it's home away from home. She has experience and helpful staff. House is so clean. The pool is clean too and beautiful. We had no complain from the day we got in to the day we left. This home is beautiful and Mary and her staff are great host.
