Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host I recently had the pleasure of staying at Berdia's, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I booked, the communication was prompt, friendly, and informative. Berdia went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my stay. The accommodation was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable,with nice view to the mountains,The attention to detail was evident, from the thoughtfully provided amenities to the little touches that made the place feel like home. The location was ideal 20 km from Tbilisi far from the crowds, with easy access to local attractions but it is better to have a car for transportation. What truly set this experience apart was Berdia's hospitality. They provided excellent local recommendations, were always available to answer questions, and made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. It was clear that Berdia genuinely cares about their guests experience.

Well, that was my best airbnb experience. I book this apartment for my birthday and it worth every penny. It’s much more beautiful than photos. The host designed everything by amazing handmade art objects. And definitely the best part of the apartment is Hot tub… If you into Soviet architecture, you can’t have better view than this place while enjoying hot tub by a glass of wine and watch the stunning view from the window. I also had the best wine at host’s wine section. It was affordable price and really tasty. You can also find pharmacy,supermarkets in short walking distance. Not best choice for long term stays or someone who prefers to stay in the heart of the touristic atmosphere. Best for seclusion and enjoy the local life with amazing views. Thanks for everything…

The penthouse is really great. I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. It is huge, has enough space for a large group of friends. Very good bathrooms (there are 4 of them), a great kitchen, an amazing hall. There are all kinds of appliances too, including a projector. Very good WiFi connection. A working fireplace. The location is magnificent too - it's on the main avenue of the city and it's just 20 minutes on foot to reach the center (Freedom Square), or you can easily catch a bus or a taxi. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants in a couple minutes' walk from the apartment. The only drawback that I can think of is that it is located on the 6th floor without an elevator, and the floors are pretty high, so it's pretty tiresome to climb the ladder even for a younger person. Might be a problem for older people. On the other hand, it's like a free fitness session every day :)

Couldn’t have picked a better place and a better host for my first time in Georgia. Hatias place truly feels like home away from home and the hospitality is great. ps. I also got some really nice snacks upon my arrival heheh

Probably one of the best places to stay in Tbilisi. In the middle of everything, but tucked away from the noise. Very spacious and cozy. My overall stay was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Nice location, great view of the best park in the city

This is a nice place to stay in georgia with modern interiors and amazing city view at night. Apart from that the facilities and amenities are complete. The owner was very kind and accommodating with the questions and instructions on the way to the accommodation. The place was a little bit far from the city center but its reachable by bolt taxi. I recommend this air bnb as great and comfortable place when staying in Georgia.

perfect house, very cozy and clean

Amazing place with great garden for cozy and quiet life and rest in 30-40 minutes from Tbilisi. I spent great time here and want to return. And amazing host - Zurab provided with clear instructions about self check-in and location. Communication was very good and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality! It's one of my favorite trips on Airbnb.
