Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We are so grateful for his hospitality and beautiful home. It stands out in a way few places do. The fireplace was fantastic during a cool nights and his neighbors were very kind. We fully recommend staying here if you're looking for a place due to its proximity to Tbilisi and Saguramo.

Мы приехали в Тбилиси, чтобы пожениться. Жених приехал первый , заселился раньше положеного времени. На следующий день приехала я ( невеста) , и наши друзья. Дом очень удобный , комфортный для проживания. Встречали нас родители Зуры, очень милые, дружелюбные люди. Спасибо Вам. В 20 секундах от дома продуктовый магазин, овощные лотки, и пекарня. Метрах в 30 хинкальня, и магазин мяса. Всё очень компактно, под рукой. Зура, спасибо Вам за Ваш счастливый дом. Здоровья Вам и Вашим близким.

Ситуация была такова,что требовалось срочно снять жилье,время было позднее и ранее не могли забронировать.Хозяйка квартиры сразу откликнулась,радушно встретила в позднее время и разместила.Квартира соответствует описанию,чистота и порядок.Спасибо хозяйке.Рекомендую.

Отличное расположение квартиры . Шикарная терраса с джакузи . Рядом много всего в пешей доступности . Хозяин очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный! Мебель не совсем новая , но вполне приличная . Стоит обратить внимание на расположение комнат на 5 этажах . Вверх и вниз по лестнице . Кухня на -1 , терраса на 4 . Можно и ноги подкачать ) маме моей было немного сложно … все остальное соответствует . Спасибо !

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

The location is absolutely wonderful right next to this busy street that filled with cafes and restaurants! The mother greeted us with smiles and love! Really enjoyed our stay here

The place was very clean and in a perfect location — close to the metro, shops, and everything you might need. Keti was very responsive and always available. I highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful time and left Tbilisi with great memories.

Великолепное расположение. 1 минута до пешеходной улицы с ресторанами и оттуда минут 5 до метро Марджинашвили. В другу сторону 5 минут до Сухого моста и парка. Рядом с квартирой прекрасный недорогой погребок с очень вкусной едой. При этом это типичный старый Тбилиси. Очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Несмотрямна то, что комнатка очень маленькая, в ней есть все необходимое. Да еще и тепло зимой, так как там центральное отопление. При вощможности остановлюсь там снова.

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.
