A uniquely perfect beachfront location! Just a 10 minute walk to town and right on the golf course, you will be spoilt for things to do. Exceptional sea views from every room! Several outdoor seating areas and decks to enjoy the unique location with the added bonus of a fire pit. Large kitchen and dining room, 2 separate lounges with fireplaces and a large sunroom to enjoy the view even on the not so sunny days. Plenty of room to all be together or to spread out and enjoy some quiet time alone.

Fairview Cottage is situated on the beautiful North Antrim coast of Ireland. Overlooking the Salthouse Hotel and town of Ballycastle, with uninterrupted views of Fairhead and the isle of Rathlin. Perfect for a couple or family with children. An ideal base to explore the nearby Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Bushmills Distillery, and close to the Game of Thrones, Dark Hedges and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Golf is only a short drive to Royal Portrush, or Ballycastle's own 18 hole course.

A private outdoor patio area is featured, consisting of a round wooden table accompanied by two metal chairs. Flower pots with colorful blooms are positioned at the base of the table, and a wooden trellis provides some privacy. Glass patio doors lead into the spacious room.

"The Cottage" is situated on my farm. It is very quiet and away from the main road. It is south facing with its own garden area. Looking out the living room window is the garden area , green fields, woodland and a unique view of Knocklayde, the large hill overlooking Ballycastle. The building consists of a small kitchen with fridge, washing machine, gas cooker and sink. There is a door off the kitchen to the outside patio. The living room has a woodburning stove and leads on to 2 bedrooms.

The chalet features a modern design with wooden siding and large glass windows. A patio area is visible, surrounded by lush greenery and trees, with outdoor seating and potted plants enhancing the natural setting.
