Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Nicely furnished with new appliances, a new hot tub, and all the amenities, this little cabin is the perfect getaway!

Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.
