Great stay, place is well serviced and in a good location. We stayed as a 4 person young family and all the amenities were super useful.

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

As a young family with two kids, we chose to stay at Ivy's given how convenient it was for us to get there, and wanting a pool all to ourselves. The house and garden was spotless, the (heated) pool was super clean too and they have a robot cleaner so you barely have to do anything to enjoy it. The house has modern appliances and the kitchen is well equipped. Ivy was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is on a courtbowl, and not once we heard any noise coming from the neighbouring properties. Highly recommended.

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.

Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

We had a long stay at Alex's place over the Christmas/New Year holidays while visiting our son and family nearby. We found the apartment to have every convenience to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, within a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Chapel St and nearby parks and quiet streets with restaurants and coffee shops. It was always enjoyable to return to the peace and quiet of the apartment which was so comfortable with large tv and beautiful terrace sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bathroom supplied with good quality toiletries and laundry supplies to make our stay very pleasant. A few minutes walk from our door we made good use of the tram service which brings you right into the CBD. Alex was very helpful and responsive to our requests and we would stay again.

It was a lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive when I had a little trouble with the digital lock and I would definitely stay here again.

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

My wife and I had an amazing stay in Prahran over the Australian Open weekend. The apartment was perfectly located, spotlessly clean and beautifully styled - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Callum was an outstanding host, incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

Beautiful accomodation, everything we needed over our 5 night stay. Loved the large entertaining area and quiet and safe location.

This place is as what Dr Fred published and more. The apartment itself is literally situated on the doorstep to the NGV! It is in a prime location to all the local Melbourne attractions and with the Supermarket nearby made everything super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed plus extra items for a toddler i.e high chair and games for kids which was very handy for us. For the price, just can’t beat it!

A great place to stay, quiet location but still walking distance to all the attractions of Southbank and local shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean and well appointed facilities. Nice bathrooms with great water pressure and clean linen, air conditioning works well. Fantastic, fast, friendly communication with host. Highly recommended.

We stayed one month at Jo Anne's and appreciated the welcome card and facilities. It was comforting to know that Jo responded very quickly to emails. Place was cozy and really nice. Location was the best, we walked outside and the tram station is right there with trams leaving every 5 min to the city. There is a woolies nearby which is good for supplies. Would recommend for couples or people going solo.

We loved the apartment once we got in. We were cleared for early check in, but once we arrived , there was no access for 2 hours Also the combination inside the mailbox was difficult to operate for both checkin and check out . Other than that , we loved the apartment for location , comfort and access to beach , transportation and restaurants.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will certainly be back. Very helpful and attentive to everything we requested, and nothing was a problem.
