The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

What an amazing location WOW, Douglas was amazing to work with, super helpful and made us feel right at home. If you love the sites of DC then this is the place for you, everything is right around the corner, Metro, White House, Mall, Museums etc…. thank you so much for a memorable trip, comfy beds and phenomenal location.

the place was perfect for my son and I when we went out to DC for Tyler the Creator concert. not far from everything. uber rides pretty cheap to anywhere. it's right in the heart and nothing is more than 4 miles. I would for sure come back here next time in DC. Patrick was a great host and very helpful.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It would not be appropriate for someone who couldn’t climb stairs. Dogs should be leashed when walking on the property and neighborhood as it is on a busy street. Our 3 small dogs enjoyed their stay.

We had a great time in DC. Carla and Fred’s place is in a great location (Capitol Hill) an ideal residential area with local parks, coffee shops, markets and restaurants an easy 10-20 minute walk. We arrived via Amtrack and Union Station which was at 20 minutes walk, but we did a lot of sightseeing and used Ubers to get around. The place was as described and pictured. We travelled with our two 13 y. o. grandchildren and Carla allowed us to check in early which we appreciated. The basement apartment is clean and cozy. I recommend it for 2 , ror a family because the other two beds aren’t truly separated from the main bed, however the 13 y.o. didn’t seem to mind, so it’s perfect for a family and gives more room and separation than a hotel room with two beds. Carla and Fred are a friendly couple with interesting stories to share. I’ll give them a 5!

Great locaton and solid recommendations on food and activities. The O street museum was such a fun time. The Emissary coffee not to be missed. We walked to the mall via the rock creek trail. Dupont circle metro was super close and very convenient. The host was easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Tiny bathroom but worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Minutes from the Metro, a school with a basketball court right across the street for my son who is in AAU basketball, quiet and peaceful after our long days exploring and sight seeing. We conquered 5 museums, The Wharf, The Zoo, Chinatown and the U Street Corridor in 4 days!! This definitely will be our go to place to stay in the District. Thank you again!!!

Danielle is amazing. She is responsive and her place is well appointed and she’s thought of every little detail to make a stay comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time in DC at her apartment and we’d definitely come back. It’s a perfect location for going into DC for sightseeing. I highly recommend this stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for us to have a great visit with our son and his fiance. It was very comfortable and cozy. It was a special touch for Timothy to leave us some tasty goodies and croissants upon arriving. Not to mention the prime location had everything we could ask for as far as dining. We even did some people watching from the porch. We highly recommend!

The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

Awesome place in a fantastic location. You have absolutely no view once you inside the apt but for a short stay it’s worth it. The bathroom needs to be upgraded as well as the furniture. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommended.

I moved away from DC last year. I came back to visit and wanted to stay in the NoMA area. The Revel was an awesome choice. It is located central to all the things I needed to visit. The property is well kept and the concierge was helpful and friendly. We will be making this our place to stay when coming to visit ❤️

Great location and clear instructions. The bed wasn’t too comfortable but I didn’t mind it too much. Garage parking was great and accessible from the building. Close to the bus and metro. Also not far from a dog park. Concierge was a nice perk as well

This is a great place: clean, quiet, nice neighbourhood, and with everything I needed for my short trip to DC. The location is fantastic too: a 20 minute walk from the Capitol Building and close to Eastern Market Metro - and the Eastern Market itself. I'd stay again and would highly recommend. Thanks Paul!
