Cabin assisted camping on an organic homestead farm. Don’t miss our weekend breakfast! This cabin is in an accessible, yet removed parcel of our property, just 1 mile from the town of Dayville, Oregon. Kitchen and indoor off grid bathroom . Not recommended for cpap machines. Guests can use outside spring water as well as faucets in cabin, and there is a seasonal solar shower. Great views and solitude, close to the John Day Fossil beds Sheep Rock unit, and the South Fork of the John Day River.

Downtowner

Comfortable work desk in quiet space for business travel accomodations, with high speed WIFI. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook or grill outside in the yard. Coffee and tea on the house. Bedroom has a new queen bed, tv, blackout curtains for rest and privacy, closet, iron and board. Bathroom is newly renovated. Living room has a new 55” tv, and a sofa sleeper for more guests. Private entrance in the back with covered parking. Family, pet, and solo travel friendly. Close to skiing facility.

John Day Valley Bungalow

The Bungalow is entirely furnished and ready to just move into. Bring your luggage and groceries and everything else is provided, including coffee. Easy walking to downtown and several restaurants and shops. At 767 E. Main is Canyon Mt. Center, with a meditation, yoga and Pilates center, walking labyrinth and river access. For your information and knowledge, all linens and towels etc are changed after each rental and all surfaces and faucets, knobs and handles are also sterilized.

Open layout with room to relax and a kitchen to cook a meal after a long day of exploring the Painted Hills and John Day Fossil Beds or fishing the John Day River. Three fully equipped comfortable bdrms, one bathroom and laundry facilities. Large front covered patio, Corn-hole game, room to play in grassy side yard. We may not have a view but we have a great cozy environment inside and out for you to enjoy and relax in. Only 15 minutes from the Strawberries and John Day. A great spot when visiting the Painted Hills, Sumpter or just passing through to Joseph or Idaho.
