Loved this place! Visited for two nights with a 7-person birthday party and had a great time. All communication with Joe (host) leading up to our stay was responsive and helpful. Mr. Jingle (property manager) was super friendly upon check-in and whole arrival process was very smooth. The place looks just like the pictures, beautiful surroundings with lush landscaping and a wonderful indoor/outdoor vibe. Nice furnishings and well equipped everything. We were positively surprised by how cozy it felt. Lots of comfy areas to hang out and relax alone or in a group. The location is definitely a bit remote but perfect for getting away from it all. Only other pointer for others considering booking is that the outdoor spaces between main living space and bedrooms could be a problem if you're not prepared for rain... and maybe consider all of the wooden stairs if you have young kids. Highly recommend though and already thinking about a return with our family for quality relax time.

Kingsley was a great host. Very responsive to messages and helped us with our booking request especially when it’s quite urgent. The property was very spacious and had a spectacular view of the Mount Kinabalu. We had a pleasant stay at the property.

place is new and host is extremely responsive. if you are looking for a place that can fit the whole family, then look no further. infact they have a connecting doors to the next houses. place is clean too! we had a really nice stay

The view from our unit is breathtaking. We felt very comfortable to stay. So cooling at night and we enjoyed the yukata wearing. A big credit to hidden hill management in maintaining the building. If you love Japan culture and environment like my girls, I am sure you will like this place like us. Hope we can come again!

We had a fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, starting with a thoughtful selection of goodies on arrival, including Sabah tea bags, coffee, wafers, and refilled water bottles. The starter pack of onions, garlic, vegetable oil, and rice was such a helpful touch. The place itself was spotless, with a powerful shower and lovely outdoor seating that made for relaxing evenings. The peaceful setting added to the charm, and the host's responsiveness made everything so easy. A highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner the host brought us on our last night—huge portions of flavorful rice and chicken that we thoroughly enjoyed. This is a kind and caring family that truly knows how to host. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to return soon!

I love this place. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was perfect. This is my second time here and i brought my cousins along this time. The host was so helpful, and gave clear instructions. They were responsive at all times. They accommodate us so well. My cousins were so in love with the place too. We had hotpot for dinner and it was just perfect for the cold weather. Please come and you’ll never regret. It’s a beautiful place with amazing view. We loved staying at Grace Guesthouse. We loved the stream and spent an entire day just playing there. There are spectacular views just outside the house. It's away from any modern amenities, but one goes here to get away from the city life. Would be lovely if we could return here sometime. Thank you for all your help and kindness!
