The location is good, by the sea, very close to Gaya Street, about 10 minutes by walk, there is a night market and mall nearby.

Beautiful stay at Kota Kinabalu with view of airplane. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in KK. Nearby to airport with no jammed. you won't be rush to go to airport by staying here. Walkable 15-20 minutes Tanjung Aru beach. City Centre just a 10 minutes drive. Everything was good. 🌟

We stayed in HypnosSuites' apartment for a week, had a very smooth communication before our stay, the team of housekeepers responded quickly, the biggest advantage of this apartment is the location, facing the sea view, opposite is the Sabah Central Market and the Philippine market, it is very convenient to buy seafood, there is a department store on the side, shopping at the supermarket is also convenient, and it is not far to go to Gaya Street.Thank you very much for everything the team of apartment housekeepers prepared for us.Even though the balcony door wouldn't close on the first night, it was taken care of the next day in a timely manner.It would be better if the kitchen was equipped with a smoker.There is no dry and wet separation in the cool room, the ground is wetter after the cooler, the elderly should be especially careful, easy to slip, overall pleasant stay, thank you again!

I'm very satisfied with the accommodation! Since it was my second trip to Kotakinabalu, I knew where to stay, and as expected, the night market was close, and all the nearby restaurants were within a 10-minute walk, and the nearby mall, Jesselton, was also a 15-minute walk away! After playing in the water, they said they'd warm me up in the taxi with wet clothes, so I took a taxi to go and walked back, but it was a long enough distance to walk! Oh, and the host was kind and let me check out late, so I was able to stay really comfortably even though I had a night flight! There was a comment that said the bathroom smelled, and it did smell a bit when I first checked in! But after staying for 3 nights, it was okay from the next day! I think the smell would have been worse if I hadn't used it! Oh, and another good thing! The balcony is the best! It was nice to sit on the balcony of a passing plane and say hello, and you can see the pool right below, so you can see if there are a lot of people in the pool, and you can go to the pool, and it was nice to sit on the balcony and drink coffee~! It was an accommodation that my parents were satisfied with!

Location was convenient for the host to respond and great stay in a timely manner.

Stay is clean and properly designed. However the toilet bowl had some leakage issues which cause foul smell. Other aspects are great

It was an accommodation where a family of 6 was really satisfied in Kotakinabalu. I usually use resorts or hotels when I travel, but through this experience, I thought that Airbnb could be an important option, and I think this is greatly influenced by the host. 1. It was a 5-minute walk from Jozelton Point, so it was easy to come to the accommodation after the tour, and it was a 15-minute walk to Gaya Street, where the restaurants were gathered. The Grab was good, so I was able to comfortably go to Marimari Folk Village from here. 2. It was nice that it was the only line with a sea view in Jazztone Queue Tower 1, and you can see the sunset from the room. It wasn't as captivating as a famous sunset spot because of the construction site right in front, but it was still nice to look at the sea. The 7th floor pool and the view from the rooftop floor could be one option. 3. 2 people, 4 people slept divided like this, and the bedding was good without lacking anything for a good night's sleep. When I first arrived, I was worried because there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but the smell disappeared immediately after taking a shower. I could watch Netflix freely, so when it rained or I wanted to rest, I went straight into the accommodation and the kids enjoyed watching cartoons. 4. There was a washing machine, so it was really nice to be able to wash the sweaty clothes right away without having to go outside and put them in the carrier. There was plenty of detergent, so I did one laundry a day, and that was really, really nice. 5. There are many merchants in the Jaseltonquei building itself, but it was a pity that business was not good. Still, if you refer to Google reviews, there are hidden restaurants, so if you want to eat nearby, I don't think you need to go all the way to the street to eat. No matter how good the restaurant was, it was tiring to eat in the heat without air conditioning. 6. The reason I recommend this place is because of the host. From before check-in to check-out, they kindly answered, and even gave a surprise gift in the middle of the stay... I was touched. :)

The room was on the 19th floor, so the view was good, and the swimming pool water quality was a little disappointing, but the cleanliness of the room, induction, microwave, and pot , I am very satisfied because I have most of the things I need. The best advantage is that you can walk to Jecheolton Pier.
