Gorgeous location, spacious home and incredible host. Views were amazing and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend Kim’s place!

We stayed at Karin’s for 2 weeks. Her apartment was perfect for us. Clean spacious and walkable distance to bus stops, dairy, takeaway and corner shop. 15 mins walk to Howick town also great for us if no buses available…… The apartment had a swimming pool and beach towels & bbq we could use. Private driveway and plenty of parking. Less than 10 mins to main town Botany downs super mall. Plenty of bus route from there. All in all we recommend Karin’s place and will def be back when visiting my daughter. Des. & Kev

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Cole was incredibly friendly and promptly addressed all of our inquiries. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. The house was beautiful and was immaculately clean ,the best part was the jacuzzi .

We loved our stay here! Our active kids, ages 4 and 8 years, loved the easy access to the beach and playground, and adored spending time in the pool and hot tub every day. The rooms were comfortable and we all slept well. The location was an easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was friendly and communicated well. We would happily stay here again!

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet, private and peaceful which I did not expect for a busy city. Howick Village shops with cafes and Countdown were within 10 mins or less and the Beach about 20-30 mins walk away. I enjoyed a plunge in the pool. This was incredibly good value for money. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would not hesitate to return.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Auckland. The free secure parking was especially helpful and the car rental site was only 750m away. An uber to the airport was around 65 nzd but we opted for a booked taxi as we had a lot of luggage and that was a fixed price 75 nzd for a Mercedes people carrier. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment and would highly recommend it.

House was immaculate. spa was warm with a great vview. got to see fireworks across the city going off.. beautiful view from house and all decks. quiet location. reread kitted out for little kids. close to beach, and marina. easy ferry to central city. Will definitely be coming back. Host is very responsive, very helpful and very easy to deal with. thank you so much Grace.

This is a wonderful place to stay when travelling north, but you really do need longer to enjoy it. Generous quantity of supplies, loved the dog Rocco who sneaked in to say hello and brought a ball to the door, just in case you wanted to play fetch, which I would always do. Loved the helpful suggestions we were given when we left too

Ian and Ailsa have a lovely place. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short 5 min walk away. They were also very responsive and efficient in their communication. Highly recommend!

Mike and Eva made our whole experience fantastic! The home itself was beautiful and was right by the beach. They communicated with us the whole time and even let us check in early due to our flight being early morning and we’re very accomodating.

I had a short but pleasant stay at Rowen's charming place by the sea. Rowena is an attentive host and very prompt with communication. The place has great decor and kitchen is generously stocked. Location is also great, really a prime location- right by the beach and so many good cafes and restaurants in the area. The outdoor deck area is lovely, though I sadly couldn't spend much time out there as it was raining. Would love to be able to use the hot tub outside if I ever visit again. Many thanks Rowena.

Grant was excellent to communicate with. The instructions were thorough and clear. He always responded immediately to my messages and answered all questions that I had. It was very easy to find the house and get into it. Everything about the stay was easy and as described. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of living space. Pool and spa was wonderful and the pool toys were great for the kids

Beautiful location. Genuinely stunning views. All of the photos are exactly what the place looks like. Private and serene. I used the amenities and they were lovely. My only note is that it is fairly far away from grocery stores, restaurants, airport, downtown etc. But it’s well worth it if you plan that into the trip. Because it genuinely feels like a retreat. So happy I stayed here.

A beautiful place to stay, and super convenient for when going to a gig at spark arena! Just around the corner and felt very safe coming and going :)

Would highly recommend staying here. Great location to everything in the CBD. Was great to come home at the end of the day to have a swim and spa to refresh (bonus). Beds very comfortable. Apartment clean and tidy, lovely views.

Helen and Jack were amazing. Made sure we felt comfortable. Fully stocked pantry helped us. Helen’s rich fruit cake and marmalade were yummy :)
